A very good evening my fellow Hiveans! I hope you're all well and ready to read another Hive Punks Background Story!
Today I would like to introduce you to Imani Buckley.
She stands out in every room
Imani is a woman you will not encounter every day. She belongs to the “Ape” type and stands out in every room she steps in with her bright orange hair! As if that wasn't enough, Imani still usually wears her Ski Goggles with rainbow lenses. She likes to color her lips with bright red lipstick and this combination makes Imani a very striking appearance.
Her cheerful, no-nonsense character makes her a welcome guest at parties. And not just because of her character. But also because of her dexterity.
You only have to give Imani a small idea about something you would like, and Imani will make it for you. It is not for nothing that her profession is "Carpenter". Imani likes to work with her hands, and she works hard. She doesn't whine about broken nails, but takes a file from her toolbox and just files her nail. That you would normally do this with a nail file is something Imani shrugs off.
No words but deeds
That is Imani's life motto! And she lives according to this principle. Her work gives her a lot of satisfaction and even in her spare hours Imani is often in her garage to tinker some things. Both for herself and for others. It therefore does not happen that often that you will see Imani sitting on the couch. Watching TV is something she sometimes does, but usually only very late at night when she has finally fallen down on that couch with a cold drink. And to be honest, nine times out of ten, she falls asleep on the couch in front of the TV.
She does her job with heart and soul
Imani lives for her job, which is what she is good at, and what she does with all her heart and soul.
She needs love
But Imani also needs love in her life. So very recently she has put her profile on the dating site Punks On Hive. She's not in a hurry, but getting to know people with common interests is always something that makes her happy. And if a relationship could eventually grow out of this, that's a very nice bonus.
What kind of man is she looking for?
What kind of man is she looking for? Well, because Imani herself is of course very down to earth, realistic and a no-nonsense type ... she is looking for a man who could make her float. Imani would like to experience what it feels like to walk on clouds like other women, instead of stamping on her military boots. She wants to experience heaven on earth, or at least ... get an idea about what that heaven on earth is! Imani has never really been in love, and is already beginning to believe that she doesn't even have the ability to fall in love. She can't imagine women who completely swoon when they talk about their boyfriend.
It would also be useful if the man who wants to choose Imani likes to cook. Because Imani works long hours, and she enjoys her work so much, she takes very little time to cook. If the man could do that, according to Imani, that would be a big plus. And of course he also has to be a bit creative, otherwise he certainly doesn't stand a chance with her.
Someone who accepts her as she is
But above all she is really just looking for a buddy, someone with whom she can be herself, someone who accepts her as she is and someone who gives her security and love.
Because underneath that very striking, flamboyant exterior, there is ultimately a person with a big heart. A person who is basically gentle and sometimes even a bit shy. A person who is faithful, faithful to herself, but also to everyone she holds in her heart! Be convinced, once Imani has taken you into her heart, you won't just get out!
