Sharing inspiration for healthy food is simpler than sharing inspiration for unhealthy food, as there's no need for instructions, neither for kitchen appliance: we just take the food and eat it.
Health = Variety
Simplicity doesn't exclude variety. When you live a healthy lifestyle you can have variety, as there's a variety of healthy foods.
What good are our achievements when we lose our health?
Fortunately we have access to healthy food. Accessibility is not a problem.
Information is not a problem either, as we have access to information. Plus, many people already guide themselves by sayings such as: an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Many people already know what is healthy food.
So helping people prevent health problems might also be an inspiration matter.
When we share simple food, we can inspire more people, as not all people want to change their current lifestyle to a more complicated lifestyle.
Also, when we share simple food that doesn’t need kitchen appliance we can inspire more people, as not all people have the kitchen appliance some people have.
Also, considering people are inspired in a destructive direction, as many people promote unhealthy food; it's about time to inspire people in a constructive direction.
