Good afternoon family, I have a blessed day for everyone, two weeks ago a friend called me and asked me if I would like to do a workshop on how to find my purpose in life and design the life I dream of, materializing what I have in my thoughts, living a life calm, abundant and happy, I explain what it was about a self-analysis of me, my fears, the dreams that I have left behind due to fear or circumstances of growing up, the workshop seemed very interesting to me, since it has allowed me spend time for myself, ask myself the right questions to listen to my instinct and connect with my essence, and discover my talents, my abilities and my personality to have something concrete to deliver, the first thing that corresponded to us to do was decorate a notebook where we would capture all the sincere responses of our hearts to ourselves and here I share the step by step of how I decorate it.

Buenas tardes familia hive bendecido día para todos, hace dos semanas una amiga me llamo y me pregunto que si me gustaría hacer un taller sobre como encontrar mi propósito de vida y diseñar la vida que sueño materializando lo que tengo en mis pensamientos, viviendo una vida tranquila, abundante y feliz, me explico de lo que se trataba de un autoanálisis de mi, de mis miedos, de los sueños que he dejado atrás por miedo o circunstancias del crecer, el taller me ha parecido muy interesante, ya que me ha permitido dedicar tiempo para mi misma, el hacerme las preguntas correctas para escuchar mi instinto y conectarme con mi esencia, y descubrir mis talentos mis habilidades y mi personalidad para tener algo concreto para entregar, lo primero que nos correspondió hacer fue decorar un cuaderno donde plasmaríamos todas las respuestas sinceras de nuestro corazón para nosotros mismos y aquí les comparto el paso a paso de como lo decore.

Tome un cuaderno que ya tenia en casa, una hoja de cartulina decorada, un par de las y una tablita de pdf.
Aplique pegante en barra sobre la portada del cuaderno para que la cartulina decorada quedara bien adherida, doble los bordes hacia adentro y diseñe un bolsillo para meter apuntes.

Con un lápiz escribí diseña la vida que sueñas y las letras las pinte con esmalte de uñas dorado escarchado, las alas también le aplique esmalte
Así va quedando le pegue una plumita que encontré en el parque en una mañana de caminata.
