- 1 capsula de vitamina E

Empezaremos con la ralladura de limón que nos ayudaran a restaurar esas molestias en nuestros pies.

El siguiente paso será, abrirle un mínimo agujero a la capsula de la Vitamina E y le vaciamos todo su liquido a la vaselina

Para la aplicacion, nos frotamos la crema con un suave masaje antes de acostarnos y nos colocamos unas medias y al siguiente dias nos retiramos la crema con abundante agua.
