I am pleased to greet you friends of HIVE DIY, today I want to present a work that I did with my son, in an activity assigned in the institution where he studies, about a free drawing where different types of textures are manifested. I confess that for me it was a challenge, because I consider that there are people who undoubtedly have an art in their hands, which I do not possess, however, we began to work with much enthusiasm and love.

My son had the idea of drawing a picture of a chicken, because of the materials we had to work with, so that was the beginning, drawing the chicken freehand.

The materials we used were: white paper, pencil, white glue, cotton, elastic bandage, crepe paper, foami and skin type elastic bandage.

We started to glue the cotton on the body of the hen and the crest with the elbow paste, as well as for the legs of the hen. For the beak we used the foami. On one wing we made it with crepe paper. And the tail with the bandage, for a corrugated texture.

And here I present the result, very proud of the work done with my son, it was a time of learning and developing our creativity, it is not the best chicken I've seen with materials to feel the different types of textures, but it was a work of us. Thanks to you for reading me and allowing me to share this experience.
