Hello everyone! Nature is very beautiful and we can create crafts with these elements. Each of the crafts made will be unique and good for the environment, because we can easily buy it to decorate, but it is better to do it ourselves. This craft will be very simple and with very few materials.
I came up with this craft since some time ago I had to prune my fruit trees, and there were many dry branches left, I could easily throw them away but they looked so beautiful that it is better to give them a second chance and use them to create something that is cute and very striking.
Materials:
• Dried branch
• Crepe paper
• Glue
• Toothpicks
Step 1: We need to find a branch, I took this branch from a tree in my house, it's from the mamon tree. As you can see it has a nice shape like a cherry tree! As we are going to work with natural elements we must be careful because they are very delicate and we could break it. Another important thing is to remove the spider webs and make sure there are no insects on it.
Step2: when we already have our branch, now it's time to make the flowers, we need crepe paper, and we cut it with this pattern. This is the one we will use for all the cherry blossoms.
Step 3: This will take us a little time is to make the center of the flowers, use red crepe paper we must make many red balls and stick them to the sticks high, carefully take the crepe paper and wrap it giving it the shape of a flower.
Step 4: when the flower is ready, carefully remove it from the stick and wait for it to dry. When it is ready we glue some green crepe paper.
Step 5: make leaves, it is very simple use two sizes of leaves, as it is a cherry tree it does not have so many leaves.
Step 6: we make flowers of different flowering process, as you can see. This gives a very nice and eye catching touch as it gives the feeling that it is missing to be able to bloom. It takes time to make all the flowers but it looks very nice.
Step 7: we start gluing the flowers on the branches and leaves, this is a time consuming process, but we should give it the touch and see where is the best place to add the flowers. I would walk away and see from a distance where the best place to put the flowers was. Another option is to look for a reference image of a cherry tree, and guide us better.
This is how our cherry blossom branch turned out, it was beautifully simple and best of all made with natural elements! You can add as many flowers as you like, I added a few, but I liked the result.
Something very important is to work very carefully when placing the flowers on the branches, I unintentionally broke one but then I was able to place them delicately and not break them.
I hope you liked this craft! Bye bye
