Hola a mis queridos Hiver, y a la querida familia de mi comunidad de artistas #HiveDiy, ante todo deseándoles un excelente y bendecido fin de semana, les traigo un nuevo trabajo realizado con mucho amor para ustedes.
En esta oportunidad le traigo un bonito dije de Patitas de Perro, realizado en la técnica de quilling el cual podrán usarlo para colocarlo en el conjunto preferido por ustedes, bien sean unos zarcillos, collar, pulsera, o simplemente para usarlo en una decoración.
Hace un tiempo en unas de mis publicaciones, una amiga artista de la comunidad, menciono que le gustaría ver como lucían unas patitas de perros, es por ello que le hago mención especial por acá. Espero te gustan amiga @kathelopez77, y que te animes a realizarlas.
Comencemos:😃
Materiales:📏✏️✂️
• Cintas de quilling color blanco y marrón claro, (o del color de tu preferencia).
• Aguja para quilling.
• Tijera.
• Pega blanca.
• Alicate punta fina.
• Argollas de bisutería medianas y pequeñas.
• Bases para zarcillos colgantes (anzuelos).
• Tapa para zarcillos de silicón.
• Perlas color madera pequeñas.
• Pincel.
• Resina.
• Solvente X
• Frasco de vidrio.

Hello to my dear Hiver, and to the dear family of my community of artists #HiveDiy, first of all wishing you an excellent and blessed weekend, I bring you a new work made with much love for you.
This time I bring you a beautiful Dog Paws charm, made in the quilling technique which you can use it to place it in your favorite outfit, whether it is earrings, necklace, bracelet, or simply to use it in a decoration.
Some time ago in one of my publications, an artist friend of the community, mentioned that she would like to see how some dog paws look like, that's why I make a special mention here. I hope you like them friend @kathelopez77, and that you are encouraged to make them.
Let's get started:😃
Materials:📏✏️✂️
- White and light brown quilling ribbons, (or color of your choice).
- Quilling needle.
- Scissors.
- White glue.
- Needle nose pliers.
- Medium and small bijouterie earrings.
- Bases for hanging tendrils (hooks).
- Cover for silicone tendrils.
- Small wooden beads.
- Brush.
- Resin.
- Solvent X
- Glass bottle.
Paso a paso:💖
• Medidas y numero de cintas para elaborar cada pieza, (cada patita de perro).🌈🐶
Vamos a necesitar cintas de quilling blancas, y marrón claro de 3mm de ancho. Para elaborar las garritas de las patas de perro, uniremos un trozo de cinta blanca de 3mm de ancho x 9cms de largo, con una marrón claro de 3mm de ancho x 21cms de largo para una pieza vamos a utilizar 4 cintas unidas como esta, y para las almohadillas vamos a necesitar 3 cintas marrones de 3mm de ancho x 28cms de largo y 1 cinta blanca de 3mm de largo x 28cms de largo. Como menciones anteriormente y lo dice la imagen, este número de cintas y medidas es para una sola patita, en mi caso a medida que voy avanzando veo cuantas piezas me animo a realizar siempre termino haciendo más de lo que tengo previsto jajajaja.
Step by step:💖
Measurements and number of ribbons to make each piece, (each dog's paw).🌈🐶
We are going to need white and light brown quilling ribbons 3mm wide. To make the little paws of the dog paws, we will join a piece of white ribbon 3mm wide x 9cms long, with a light brown 3mm wide x 21cms long for one piece we will use 4 ribbons joined like this, and for the pads we will need 3 brown ribbons 3mm wide x 28cms long and 1 white ribbon 3mm long x 28cms long. As I mentioned before and as the image says, this number of ribbons and measures is for a single paw, in my case as I go along I see how many pieces I dare to make, I always end up making more than I have planned hahahaha.
• Comencemos con las almohadillas:🐾🐶
•Tomamos una de las cintas marrones de 3mm de ancho x 28cms de largo y procederemos a realizar un círculo cerrado con ella, con la ayuda de la aguja para quilling metemos la punta de la cinta y enrollamos hasta finalizar, sellamos con un punto de pega, y sacamos de la aguja, vamos a repetir el mismo procedimiento con las cintas restantes.
- Let's start with the pillows:🐾🐶
We take one of the brown ribbons 3mm wide x 28cms long and proceed to make a closed circle with it, with the help of the quilling needle we put the tip of the ribbon and roll it up to the end, seal with a glue stitch, and remove the needle, we will repeat the same procedure with the remaining ribbons.
• Una vez listos los círculos cerrados de las almohadillas vamos a darle un aspecto 3D, tomamos el circulo y empujamos un poco hacia fuera con la ayuda del dedo, le colocaremos un poco de pega para que no se muevan.
- Once the closed circles of the cushions are ready, we are going to give them a 3D aspect, we take the circle and push it out a little bit with the help of our finger, we will put a little bit of glue so that they do not move.
• Ahora tomaremos 3 círculos y los uniremos en forma de triángulo con un poco de pega.
- Now we will take 3 circles and join them in the shape of a triangle with some glue.
• Finalizaremos la almohadilla tomando la cinta blanca de 3mm de ancho x 28cms de largo, agarramos los 3 círculos unidos, y esa cinta la pasaremos alrededor de los círculos hasta finalizar, sellamos con un poco de pega. De esta manera ya tenemos nuestras almohadillas de la patita de perro listas.
- We will finish the pad by taking the 3mm wide x 28cms long white ribbon, we grab the 3 circles together, and that ribbon we will pass it around the circles until the end, we seal it with a little glue. This way we have our dog paw pads ready.
• Vamos con las garritas:🐾🐶
• Tomaremos una de las cintas que tenemos unidas blanca y marrón claro, (blanca 3mmde ancho x 9cms de largo/ marrón 3mm de ancho x 21cms de largo), con ella haremos un círculo cerrado, comenzando a enrollar con la aguja de quilling por el extremo marrón y terminado y sellando por el lado blanco, esto lo haremos bajo el mismo procedimiento que hicimos con los círculos cerrados de las almohadillas, repetimos con todas las cintas restantes.
- Let's go with the claws:🐾🐶
- We will take one of the ribbons that we have joined white and light brown, (white 3mm wide x 9cms long/ brown 3mm wide x 21cms long), with it we will make a closed circle, starting to roll with the quilling needle by the brown end and finished and sealing by the white side, we will do this under the same procedure that we did with the closed circles of the pads, we repeat with all the remaining ribbons.
• Ahora vamos a darle a las garritas al igual que hicimos con los círculos de las almohadillas, un efecto 3D, efectuamos el mismo procedimiento anterior sacando un poquito la pieza hacia afuera y sellando la parte de atrás con pega para que no se muevan.
- Now we are going to give the little claws, as we did with the circles of the pads, a 3D effect. We do the same procedure as before, pulling the piece out a little bit and sealing the back part with glue so they don't move.
• Unamos nuestras garritas a la almohadilla, colocamos un poco de pega alrededor de la parte de arriba de la almohadilla, y colocamos las garritas.
- Let's attach our claws to the pad, put some glue around the top of the pad, and place the claws.
• Coloquemos las argollas y las bases para zarcillos (anzuelos), a las patitas, tomamos la argolla mediana, abrimos y metemos en uno de los hoyitos de alguna garrita, yo escogí colocarlo en la segunda, la puedes colocar donde te gusté más, luego colocamos la argolla más pequeña, el anzuelo y cerramos.
- Let's place the rings and the bases for tendrils (hooks), to the paws, we take the medium ring, open it and put it in one of the holes of one of the claws, I chose to place it in the second one, you can place it wherever you like, then we place the smaller ring, the hook and close it.
• Quise darles un toque diferente a los zarcillos, por esto tome la perlita y resorte que trae el anzuelo, lo retire y le coloque dos perlitas pequeñas de madera, si gustan lo pueden hacer pueden colocar la perla de su preferencia, o dejarlos de la manera original. Aprovechamos y le colocamos unas tapitas de silicón a los anzuelos, a mí me gusta colocarle esas tapitas para evitar que la persona mientras luzca el zarcillo se le pueda perder.
- I wanted to give a different touch to the earrings, so I took the bead and spring that comes with the hook, remove it and place two small wooden beads, if you like you can place the bead of your preference, or leave them in the original way. We take advantage and we place some silicone caps to the hooks, I like to place these caps to avoid that the person while the tendril is showing off can get lost.
• Ya tenemos nuestras patitas listas, vamos a colocarle su protección liquida, tomaremos el frasco de vidrio, colocaremos una parte de resina artística y otra parte de solvente x, mezclamos con la ayuda de un pincel y procedemos a aplicar a nuestras piezas por todos sus lados, dejamos secar de un día para otro.
- We already have our paws ready, we are going to place its liquid protection, we will take the glass bottle, we will place a part of artistic resin and another part of solvent x, we mix with the help of a brush and we proceed to apply to our pieces by all its sides, we let dry from one day to another.
• De esta manera ya tenemos nuestros zarcillos colgantes con las patitas de perros en 3D, listas para su uso. Adicionalmente hice otro dije al cual le coloque solo una argolla en una de sus garritas, y la monte en un collar que hice con hilo yute marrón y le coloque de adorno unas perlas de madera. Siempre termino haciendo dijes adicionales, y como les digo pueden hacer todos los que deseen y montarlos en pulseras, collares, zarcillos fijos, en un adorno o lo que más les guste. Espero mi trabajo de hoy haya sido de su agrado.
Resultado Final:💕
- This way we already have our hanging tendrils with the 3D dog paws, ready for use. I also made another pendant with just a ring on one of its little paws, and mounted it on a necklace I made with brown jute thread and decorated it with wooden beads. I always end up making additional charms, and as I say you can make as many as you want and mount them on bracelets, necklaces, fixed tendrils, on an ornament or whatever you like. I hope my work today has been to your liking.
