Hello dear ones, this is my participation to a draw in your style which is carried by the artist Dora Weigand in the social network Instagram.
I have been wanting to participate in these challenges for many weeks, I found this one in particular, I really liked the freshness of the character and its simplicity, plus the color palette is very nice, these are the reasons why I wanted to participate and recreate it in my style.
I kept the palette except for the skin color, this is because it is difficult for me to take the sample and then apply the shading.
I found it very curious to see him recreated in the chibi - kawaii fusion style, with those big, expressive and very striking eyes.
Regarding the bird I had a lot of fun recreating it, I remembered a lot the movie Angry Birds, which is why I drew it a little bit angry hahaha!
Hola queridos, esta es mi participación a un dibuja a tu estilo el cual lleva la artista Dora Weigand en la red social Instagram.
Hace muchas semanas que estaba deseando poder participar en estos retos, encontré este en particular, me gustó mucho lo fresco del personaje y su sencillez, además de la paleta de colores es muy bonita, estas son las razones por las que quise participar y recrearlo a mi estilo.
Mantuve la paleta excepto en el color de piel, esto es porque se me dificulta tomar la muestra y luego aplicarle el sombreado.
Me pareció muy curioso verlo recreado al estilo chibi - kawaii fusión, con esos ojos grandes, expresivos y muy llamativos.
Respecto al ave me divertí mucho recreándola, recordé mucho la película Angry Birds, razón por la cual lo dibujé algo enojado ¡Jajajaja!

Dora Weigand (@illustrator on Instagram) is an artist illustrator on Instagram, taking a look at her designs we can appreciate that she has a very marked style and the same character in many facets which makes her work look more orderly and neat, a look further, it looks like the caricaturization of herself, her designs are very adorable.
She draws good scenery ideal for recreating tales and stories no doubt they would also look beautiful printed on any surface.

Dibuja buenos escenarios ideales para recrear cuentos e historias sin duda también se verían hermosos impresos en cualquier superficie.

I loved those two little tails on the sides:
Tips:
- If you want both sides of the body to look the same or look neater, draw a hemisphere, then copy it (Ctrl+C) then paste them (Ctrl+V) Then invert it (Rotate) and adjust it in the corresponding place.
In this way in the sketch, both eyes were straight, as well as the hair and the bows.
The colorbase, drawing without lineart:
- We adjust the opacity of the canvas where the sketch is, we open the folders and canvases we need for each section or color, we fill the color over it.
- One of the stripes of the character is transparent, we achieve that just by coloring in the same way and then we adjust the opacity of the layer.
Me encantaron esas dos colitas a los lados:
Tips:
- Si quieres que ambos lados del cuerpo te queden iguales o se vean más prolijos, dibuja un hemisferio, luego lo copias (Ctrl+C) luego los pegas (Ctrl+V) Luego lo inviertes (Girar) y lo ajustas en el lugar correspondiente.
De esta manera en el boceto, ambos ojos quedaron derechos, así como el cabello y los lazos.
El colorbase, dibujando sin lineart:
- Ajustamos la opacidad del lienzo donde esta el boceto, abrimos las carpetas y lienzos que necesitemos para cada sección o color, vamos rellenando el color sobre él.
- Una de las franelas del personaje es transparentes, eso lo logramos tan solo coloreando de la misma forma y luego ajustamos la opacidad de la capa.

I spent a lot of time and patience recreating these eyes, I wanted them to look very expressive, I did some details on one eye and then glued them on the other to make them look neat.
- I used the airbrush to give them depth with a darker color.
- I drew a heart and then filled in with a lighter shade.
- I applied highlights with the Pencil brush.
- I used the Glitter2 brush to apply stars and glitter.
- To finish I added shadows and blush on the eyes with the Airbrush brush in an all dark pink.
Dediqué mucho tiempo y paciencia recreando estos ojos, quería se vieran muy expresivos, algunos detalles los hice en un solo ojo y luego los pegué en el otro para que quedaran prolijos.
- Usé el pincel aerógrafo para darle profundidad con un todo más oscuro.
- Dibujé un corazón y luego rellené con un tono más claro.
- Apliqué destellos de luz con el pincel Lápiz.
- Usé el pincel Brillante2 para aplicar estrellas y brillos.
- Para finalizar agregué sombras y rubor en los ojos con el pincel Aerógrafo en un todo rosa oscuro.

Skin shading, as usual I did it in different layers and adjusted the opacity, it is the same color tone.
For the effect on the hair I used the Spray brush, then I added some lines for the hair strands with the Feather brush (ink).
Sombreado de piel, como siempre lo hice en capas distintas y ajusté la opacidad, es el mismo tono de color.
Para el efecto en el cabello usé el pincel Pulverización, luego agregué unas líneas para las hebras de cabello con el pincel Pluma (tinta).

I made the details on the clothing like lines, stars, light and shading.
The next step I worked the bird only with the Spray brush in a darker tone to the base color and then I drew feathers with a lighter tone with the Feather brush (ink).
For the background, I used the same palette as the source and worked in separate layers making cloud shapes.
I hope you like my participation, I had a lot of fun drawing, that's the idea, enjoy what you do and learn a little more every day.
Realicé los detalles en la vestimenta como líneas, estrellas, luz y sombreado.
El paso siguiente trabajé el ave solo con el pincel Pulverización en un tono más oscuro al color base y luego dibujé plumitas con un tono más claro con el pincel Pluma (tinta)
Para el fondo, usé la misma paleta que la fuente y trabajé en capas separadas haciendo formas de nubes.
Espero les guste mi participación, me divertí mucho dibujando, es la idea, disfrutar lo que haces y aprender un poco cada día más.
