Hello everybody!
Due to the first hours of sun yesterday I had gotten quite creative and spent the whole day making this sculpture.
Short about me: During the last two years (during the Corona Pandemics)
I really got into making sculptures out of old oak wood and discovered my creative side while doing so.
Today I want to show you my last work: an abstract sculpture made from an oak wood bar (about 250 years old).
But first let's start with the fabrication:
Those pictures show the bar in it's original shape.
First I took a drill with an attached steel brush and cleaned the bar.
Then I roughly shaped it with the chainsaw.
Afterwards I took an angle grinder to bring out some details.

And finally I brought out fine details with the plate grinder.
And after round about 10 hours of work it was finally finished:

Debido a las primeras horas de sol de ayer me he puesto bastante creativo y he pasado todo el día haciendo esta escultura.
Breve sobre mí: Durante los últimos dos años (durante la Corona Pandémica)
me aficioné a hacer esculturas con madera de roble vieja y descubrí mi lado creativo mientras lo hacía.
Hoy quiero mostraros mi última obra: una escultura abstracta hecha con una barra de madera de roble (de unos 250 años).
Pero primero vamos a empezar con la fabricación:
Esas fotos muestran la barra en su forma original.
Primero cogí un taladro con un cepillo de acero acoplado y limpié la barra.
Luego le di una forma aproximada con la motosierra.
Después cogí una amoladora angular para sacar algunos detalles.

Y finalmente he sacado detalles finos con la amoladora de placas.
Y después de unas 10 horas de trabajo por fin estaba terminado:
