Hola!! Feliz fin de semana familia HiveDiy, amantes de las plantas y trabajos artesanales. El día de hoy estoy súper contento al saber la iniciativa de jardinería en miniatura de la comunidad. Pues les enseñaré el paso a paso y en modo tutorial, cómo crear un terrario compuesto por varios cactus, suculentas, adornos ornamentales y otras mini plantas.
Hi!!! Happy weekend HiveDiy family, plant and craft lovers. Today I am super happy to know about the miniature gardening initiative of the community. Well I will show you step by step and in tutorial mode, how to create a terrarium composed of various cacti, succulents, ornamental ornaments and other mini plants.
La verdad que cuando vi el post de participación en la iniciativa, me alegré mucho. Y Pensé: ¡Tengo que poner manos a la obra y ser creativo 👨🏻🎨, para lograr un bonito terrario!
A continuación les mostraré paso a paso la realización de mi trabajo.
Para empezar, mencionaré todos los materiales utilizados:
The truth is that when I saw the post of participation in the initiative, I was very happy. And I thought: I have to get down to work and be creative 👨🏻🎨, to achieve a nice terrarium!Below I will show you step by step the realization of my work.
To begin with, I will mention all the materials used:
Materiales / Materials
Utilice una maceta de barro con una amplitud de 40 x 40 cm y un hoyo en el centro, para dejar correr el agua.
De nuestro jardín escogí varios cactus, suculentas y otras mini planticas.
Conté con varios herramientas de jardinería como palas y pinzas.
Para la siembra use arena de río mezclada con tierra vegetal y orgánica.
Adornos ornamentales.
I used a clay pot with a width of 40 x 40 cm and a hole in the center, to let the water run.
From our garden I chose several cactus, succulents and other mini plants.
I had several gardening tools such as shovels and tongs.
For planting I used river sand mixed with topsoil and organic soil.
Ornamental Adornment.
PASO / STEP 1
En la fase inicial comienzo agregando la roca, la cual dará una vista más bonita, curiosa y le aportará un estilo como si estuvieran las plantas en un ambiente natural.
In the initial phase I start adding the rock, which will give a more beautiful, curious view and will give a style as if the plants were in a natural environment.
PASO / STEP 2
Luego, como segundo paso del desarrollo del terrario, empiezo a organizar los cactus 🌵, suculentas y las mini plantas escogidas. A la hora de sembrarlas, comienzo decorando la zona de la roca 🪨 con melocactus, árbol de jade, Mammillaria y otras suculentas hermosas. Siempre añadiendo arena en cada transplante, lo que le da el toque inicial al mini jardín 🪴.
Then, as a second step in the development of the terrarium, I start arranging the cacti 🌵, succulents and the chosen mini-plants. When it's time to plant them, I start by decorating the rock area 🌵 with melocactus, jade tree, Mammillaria and other beautiful succulents. Always adding sand at each transplanting, which gives the initial touch to the mini garden 🪴.
PASO / STEP 3
Una vez finalizado el proceso de sembrado, pasamos a la decoración artesanal de los adornos 🐰🦕🦖.
Once the sowing process is finished, we move on to the handmade decoration of the ornaments 🐰🦕🦖.
PASO / STEP 4
Ya por último vamos a los retoques finales, agregando piedras pequeñas para darle mayor vista al jardín, resaltando las plantas 🪴 y la decoración. De esta forma termino mi proyecto y riego un poquito de agua 🚿, dejando secar por varios minutos.
Finally we go to the finishing touches, adding small stones to give more view to the garden, highlighting the plants 🪴 and the decoration. This way I finish my project and water a little bit of water 🚿, letting it dry for several minutes.

Cabe destacar que este diseño y realización del terrario es hecho por mí, con dedicación para que luzcan más bonitos los cactus, suculentas y para la participación en el Especial de HiveDiy.
