Simple elegant necklace and bracelet

in Hive Diy8 hours ago

Hello, warm greetings, welcome to my blog. I would like to share this simple elegant and beautiful bracelet and necklace I made for a client. My client picked the design and I already got to work to create one. Making this I was skeptical how it would come out but it really came out nice and beautiful.

It was a bit difficult making this because my wrist and my client wrist weren't the same, hers was slightly smaller which is why I have to measure her wrist though I used an adjustable hook but she wanted something tighter even if she wants to make it loose she could easily adjust it. Without further ado, let's go into the procedures.

MATERIALS
• Elastic
• 6 mm pearl bead
• 8 mm pearl bead
• Adjustable hook
• Stopper
• Scissors
• Fishing line

PROCEDURES

Step 1

I cut out a measurable amount of elastic for my necklace, not too big and not too small but enough. I didn't make it much of a choker but it's simple and not too loose.

Step 2
After cutting out my line, I put my hook on the line using my stopper to lock up the end of the line. I put in my 8 mm pearl bead to the line. I didn't put much on because I didn't want it too big but moderate enough to look gorgeous on my client's neck.

Step 3
I tie the end of my line, rolling out another elastic. Using the same hook, I hold my line with a stopper. I put in my 6 mm pearl bead to my line. Making sure I didn't add much but moderate enough. I close my line by making sure it isn't loose and using the end of the hook. I tie my both lines on the hook before using a stopper to close it up.

I checked the necklace around my neck and it was looking so beautiful and elegant and I was already wishing I could make one for myself.

For the bracelet, I used the same method though I measured my client wrist so I could be accurate instead of using my wrist which will make it loose on her.

I cut out a small portion of my fisherline, using my adjustable hook, I fixed it in place with a stopper.

I put in my 8 mm pearl bead on my line, making sure it isn't loose. When I got to the end of my line. I temporarily tie it up.

I cut another small fishing line. I put in my 6 mm pearl bead on the line though the 8 mm pearl bead was more than the 6 mm pearl bead. I untie the end of the other line, closing it up with a stopper at the end of my other hook. It's already looking so beautiful.

My client loves both the bracelet and the necklace and it was already looking so beautiful and elegant on my client. What do you think about the design? Would you like to try it out?
