Hoy les quiero mostrar cómo hacer una hermosa mariposa de tela como accesorio para el pelo, con retacitos de tela sobrantes que siempre guardamos en casa y que podemos reutilizar aprovechando para crear algo útil para nuestro uso.

-En un papel, marcamos dos rectángulos, uno de 14x8 otro de 10x6, fijamos las telas con alfileres y cortamos dejando un cmts más para la costura.
-On a piece of paper, we mark two rectangles, one of 14x8 and the other of 10x6, we fix them to the fabrics with pins and cut leaving one more cm for the seam.
Ponemos cara derecha con cara derecha de ambas telas y cosemos en la maquina de coser, dejando una abertura de 4 cmts aprox. Por donde podemos voltear al derecho. Tambien puede ser hecho a mano

We put right side to right side of both fabrics and sew in the sewing machine, leaving an opening of 4 cm approx. where we can flip to the right. It can also be done by hand.
Después de voltear la tela, planchamos para alisar las costuras, cerramos las aberturas con pequeñas puntadas para que no se noten.
After flipping the fabric, we iron to smooth the seams, close the openings with small stitches so that they are not noticeable.
Luego medimos la mitad de cada rectángulo por donde vamos a pasar un hilvanado para arruchar ambos rectángulos, que le darán forma a las alas de la mariposa, con el mismo hilo sin cortar.
Then we measure half of each rectangle where we are going to pass a basting stitch to join both rectangles, which will shape the wings of the butterfly, with the same thread without cutting.
Ajustamos bien el centro y rematamos con varias puntadas bien apretadas.
We adjust the center well and finish with several tight stitches
Luego medí un pedacito de cuero para las antenitas, dándole dos vueltas y haciendo un nudo en cada extremo, lo asegure con unas puntadas para evitar que se suelte.
Then I measured out a small piece of leather for the antennae, gave it two turns and tied a knot at each end, and secured it with a few stitches to prevent it from coming loose.
Utilice una moñera, que cosí con hilo y le coloque un pedacito de tela para tapar las costuras, si deseas le puedes pegar pinza con silicón y asegurar bien con hilo.
I used a bow, which I sewed with thread and placed a little piece of fabric to cover the seams, if you want you can glue it with silicone and secure it well with thread.
