Finalizando el año pasado, logré conseguirle cupo a mi hijo en una escuela regular donde integran niños con condición, como mamá celebré el logro y me inflé de orgullo y como mi intención era que mi gordo se sintiera emocionado y motivado le decoré sus cuadernos de una misma temática: el universo. Y aunque a él le gusta el tema, no es fanático, pero igual decidí fuese del universo porque representa lo mágico, simboliza la energía, la diversidad de elementos y cosas… el universo es tan mágico como él.

Como bien lo he demostrado en publicaciones anteriores, adoro entusiasmar a los niños(as) a ir a la escuela con cuadernos personalizados y llenos de magia y mi hijo no queda excluido de eso; estos cuadernos son los primeros de muchos, cargados de toda la energía del universo para que su aprendizaje sea cósmico.

Sin más, y esperando disfruten del trabajo realizado les dejo los materiales utilizados, el proceso y las imágenes del trabajo.

MATERIALES:

Libretas de 100 hojas.
Tela Pop negra.
Plasti Cristal.
Pintura al frio blanca.
Cartulina de Colores (de acuerdo a las figuras a crear).
Silicón frío.
Tijera.
Cinta adhesiva transparente.

At the end of last year, I managed to get a place for my son in a regular school where children with disabilities are integrated, as a mom I celebrated the achievement and I was swollen with pride and as my intention was that my fat boy felt excited and motivated I decorated his notebooks with the same theme: the universe. And although he likes the theme, he is not a fan, but I still decided to go with the universe because it represents magic, it symbolizes energy, the diversity of elements and things... the universe is as magical as he is.

As I have shown in previous publications, I love to excite children to go to school with personalized notebooks full of magic and my son is not excluded from that; these notebooks are the first of many, loaded with all the energy of the universe so that his learning is cosmic.

Without further ado, and hoping you enjoy the work done, I leave you with the materials used, the process and the images of the work.

MATERIALS:

100-sheet notebooks.
Black Pop fabric.
Plasti Cristal.
White cold paint.
Colored cardboard (according to the figures to be created).
Cold silicone.
Scissors.
Transparent adhesive tape.

PROCESS:

1.- El primer paso es elegir libretas de un mismo tamaño y grosor para que se vea uniforme la decoración, pero esto es opcional.

1.- The first step is to choose notebooks of the same size and thickness to make the decoration look uniform, but this is optional.

2.- A cada libreta se le deberá forrar con la tela negra POP. Se deberá cortar la tela más o menos al tamaño de la libreta y para pegarla se deberá aplicar en las caratulas (frontal y trasera), silicón frio por todos los bordes y en el centro de las mismas. Es importante colocar entre las caratulas y las hojas de escribir, algún material (hoja reciclada, plástico, cartón, etc.) para evitar dañar las hojas en caso haya derrame de silicón en los bordes. Una vez seca la tela cortar las bordes de tela sobrante con una tijera filosa o con un cutter para mayor precisión.

2.- Each notebook should be lined with black POP fabric. The fabric should be cut more or less to the size of the notebook and to glue it to the covers (front and back), cold silicone should be applied on all the edges and in the center of the covers. It is important to place some material (recycled paper, plastic, cardboard, etc.) between the covers and the writing sheets to avoid damaging the sheets in case the silicone spills on the edges. Once the fabric is dry, cut the excess fabric edges with a sharp scissors or a cutter for greater precision.

3.- Una vez forradas todas las libretas con la tela negra, se les deberá aplicar pintura blanca al frío, utilizando un cepillo de dientes en desuso, para lograr el efecto de pequeños puntos que simulen las estrellas del universo. Se beberá aplicar en ambas caras de la libreta y se deberá esperar que se seque muy bien en cada cara antes de darle la vuelta.

3.- Once all the notebooks have been lined with the black fabric, cold white paint should be applied to them, using an old toothbrush, to achieve the effect of small dots that simulate the stars of the universe. It should be applied on both sides of the notebook and wait for it to dry very well on each side before turning it over.

4.- Las imágenes utilizadas para darle color a ese universo negro, las realicé con recortes de cartulina de colores (de otros trabajos). Las imágenes creadas fueron sencillas, un astronauta, una nave extraterrestre, un planeta, un cohete y un extraterrestre. Todos se crearon a partir de pequeños trozos ensamblados. Se pegaron de igual forma con silicón frío.

4.- The images used to give color to this black universe were made with colored cardboard cutouts (from other works). The images created were simple, an astronaut, an alien spacecraft, a planet, a rocket and an alien. All were created from small pieces assembled together. They were glued in the same way with cold silicone.

5.- Se identificó las portadas con el nombre y se protegió la libreta con el plasti cristal. Este material debe cortarse un poco mas grande de las medidas de la libreta y deberá doblarse una pequeña pestaña hacia adentro la cual debe sujetarse por todos los bordes con cinta adhesiva transparente, en donde una parte se pegue al plástico y otra al cartón (caratula).

Este plástico es ideal porque es súper manejable y fácil de instalar y le ofrece resistencia al cuaderno, pues los niños en la manipulación diaria muchas veces los ponen en contacto con otros materiales que pueden afectarles.

5.- The covers were identified with the name and the notebook was protected with plasti glass. This material should be cut a little larger than the size of the notebook and a small flap should be folded inwards, which should be fastened at all edges with transparent adhesive tape, where one part sticks to the plastic and the other to the cardboard (cover).

This plastic is ideal because it is super handy and easy to install and offers resistance to the notebook, because children in daily handling often put them in contact with other materials that can affect them.
