RE: Improve Your Blog: DIY Photo Editing

in Hive Diy3 years ago

Oh shit man! That's super cool. I think that its you who should be the one to do a post on the subject.

Also the way you are explaining things is going way over my head. I think that you think I am way more technical than I actually am hahaha 😆 🙃

To me, that's not "improving" anymore, that's cheating

I agree with this part of what you said as well. In my post I tried to convey that I like to provide a good representation of a place and not over do it on the editing. Online you often see photos that ramp up the color or whatever, so much that you think the town is painted like a rainbow or something, but then you get there and it's like:
meh...😒 I didn't need to see this.

Here, I changed the color of the car and had a cat I painted a while ago photobomb the scene. It is not complicated at all, you just need to download the app and play with it. It also comes with a ton of instructions and tips built right in. Again, the real power is in the undo history, icon top right, view changes. (Mine is labeled in German, so I can't tell you exactly what yours says).

Hahaha😆 nice!
Yeah I downloaded the app now and am working through it. I love the healing function. Once I figure the ins and outs of that it will be a game changer lol. The tutorial videos are helpful and the brush for individual edits is super cool as well. There's so much that it's a bit overwhelming but I know that is just because it's new. Once I mess with it a little it will be fine.
