Hello dear community @hivediy, today I will tell you a little about mine. For a long time I have liked crafts, I am passionate about making things to decorate my home, being able to recycle and take advantage of all that remains of my work, what is left over from my children's activities, in order to take advantage of every bit of paper, cardboard, cardboard, plastic that can be used to make something beautiful.
My passion for crafts began, when my daughter at school was asked to make a costume with recycling material for the carnival celebration, it was there that I discovered my talent to make things with my hands, my ability to create beautiful works, it took me a whole week making my daughter's outfit, I did it with magazines, white glue, suede fabric, wire, eva rubber and crepe paper for the feathers she would carry on her back; the truth is I was very happy with the final result, she looked beautiful, and I love being able to share with you this photo from a few years ago.

When I joined this beautiful steemit platform, I resumed my passion for crafts, so in each post I have tried to give my best and I have done beautiful work for you, lately I have focused on the art of filigree, I confess that I am in love with this beautiful technique, I love doing it because with only cardboard strips I can make wonderful things, little by little I will show you my progress.
Today I want to show you a tutorial of a beautiful doll with this technique and where I used recycling materials and others that are really very cheap, I really like how it turned out and I already have a space in my house for this beautiful doll.
Giggling doll.
Materials for the elaboration:
Cardstock strips 0.5 cm by 37 cm (pink, green and black)
1 bulb that no longer works
Glue or white glue
Winder
2 movable eyes
Black foam or eva rubber
Red pencil
Silicone gun
Hairdryer
Tall stick
Foil
Green cold paint
Beige pop fabric
Brush
Pair of scissors
Hammer
Sandpaper
Steps for the elaboration:
Step 1:
We start by gluing a pink and a green strip to form an open circle, we roll the strip to the end, then we will place it on the template and release, we glue with white glue and then with the index fingers and thumb we crush to form a drop, we will make 9 drops .
Step 2:
Then we paint the light bulb with the green paint, we glue a closed circle, which will be the neck of the doll, this circle is very easy to make, we will only roll a strip and glue the end with white glue.
Step 3:
With a green strip we cover the metal cap of the light bulb.
Step 4:
Then we form the head of the doll with aluminum foil, make a ball, we shape it, then with the help of a hammer we mold and then sand.
Step 5:
We cover the head with the pop fabric and stick with hot silicone, cut the excess with the scissors.
Step 6:
With aluminum foil we will make the arms and cover it with pop fabric.
Step 7:
Then we will cut a strip of pop fabric to line the doll's neck and proceed to glue the head with hot silicone.
Step 8:
We will make 35 green drops, we begin to paste with hot silicone to assemble what will be the skirt of my doll, we are gluing shaping.
Step 9:
We glue the arms of the doll with hot silicone.
Step 10:
With strips of black cardboard we assemble the base of the hair, then we cut.
Step 11:
In a tall stick we roll a strip of foam or eva rubber and apply heat with the hair dryer, to shape the curls.
Step 12:
We are placing the curls and we stick shaping all the hair.
Step 13:
Finally we glue the eyes and paint the doll's mouth.
Ready, that's how beautiful my doll was, giggles.
