Happy afternoon to all crafters, I hope you are very well. It's been days since I posted here, and today I want to show you a beautiful work I did in colored paper and cardboard, they are animal figures.
I made three different figures, as these were for a presentation of some high school students, where they had to make a conversation in English, but they had to represent some animals, whether jungle, domestic, insects; in short, the idea was that each student wore something allusive to the animal they wanted.
It didn't matter if it was a mask or a drawing, the important thing was that they did a good job. Since he was in my son's group, he asked me to please make the animals so that they would all have the same design.
I preferred to make them this way and at the same time with a ribbon that could be placed on the neck and this presentation would look much better.

Feliz tarde para todos los artesanos, esperando estén muy bien. Hace días no publicaba por aquí, y hoy quiero mostrarles un bello trabajo que hice en hojas de colores y cartulina, son unas figuras de animales.
Realicé tres figuras diferentes, ya que estos eran para una presentación de unos alumnos de bachiller, donde tenían que realizar una conversación en ingles, pero tenían que representar a unos animales, bien sean de la selva, domésticos, insectos; en fin la idea era que cada alumno llevara algo alusivo al animal que ellos quisiera.
No importara que fuera una máscara o un dibujo, lo importante es que hicieran un buen trabajo. Así como era del grupo de mí hijo, me pidió que por favor hiciera los animales para que todos tuvieran el mismo diseño.
Preferí hacerlos así y al mismo tiempo con una cinta que se pudieran colocar sobre el cuello y se viera mucho mejor esta presentación.

As you can see in the photo, I made a drawing of each one with the help of the internet. To make the butterfly, I made the silhouette, then I cut part of the wings separately in orange color in lustrillo paper, gluing first the orange color, and then with the black paper I cut the edges and some thin strips that I glued later, giving the shapes to each wing.
Also in the same black color I make his body and antennae, and finally I glue the ribbon that goes around his neck on the back.
Como se aprecia en la foto, hice un dibujo de cada uno con la ayuda de internet. Para hacer la mariposa, hice la silueta, luego corto parte de las alas por separada en color naranja en papel lustrillo, pegando primero el color naranja, y luego con el papel de color negro saco los bordes y unas tiras finas que pego luego, dandole las formas a cada ala.
También del mismo color negro saco su cuerpo y su antenitas, y por último le pego en la parte de atrás la cinta que va colgada al cuello.
The other animals like the bee, which I cut out and cut each color, yellow, black and the part of its eyes, each one I placed and glued, giving the shape of the bee, and I placed with the light blue paper some wings.
Los demás animales como la abeja, el cual saque y corté cada color el amarillo, negro y la parte de sus ojos, cada uno voy colocando y pegando, dando la forma de la abeja, y coloque con el papel azul claro unas alitas.
The owl is brown with big eyes and a white rim, around his eyes and beak are orange.
El búho lo hice de color marrón y sus ojos grandes su borde de color blanco, alrededor de sus ojos y su pico son de color naranja.
Each of these animal figures, with only tissue paper or lustrillo, make them look very colorful.
Así quedaron cada uno de estas figuras de animales, solamente con papel de seda o lustrillo, los hacen ver muy colorido.
