Greetings to this beautiful community @hive diy. I hope you are feeling great. I wandered through some communities to find out where my little project fits in, which I titled hat for showering in the bathroom.
This idea came to me, because there are times when our work absorbs us so much and when it's time to do an errand, we run to the bathroom, at times we want to take a shower without having to get our hair wet. Something as quick as pulling your hair up so that it doesn't get wet or simply our hairstyle doesn't get damaged.
For a long time I had wanted to do this job, but I didn't feel motivated because I didn't really have the right materials to do this job.
I have always had visitors at home, cousins, friends or just my daughters. At some point they were going to take a shower and asked me to borrow a plastic cap, I just put my hands on my head because I could not find a way to solve the situation.
Saludos a esta hermosa comunidad @hive diy. Espero que se encuentren muy bien. Estuve deambulando por algunas comunidades para saber donde encajaba mi pequeño proyecto, al que titulé gorro para ducharse en el baño.
Esta idea se me ocurrió, porque hay veces que el trabajo nos absorbe tanto y a la hora de hacer un recado, vamos corriendo al baño, a veces queremos ducharnos sin tener que mojarnos el pelo. Algo tan rápido como recogerse el pelo para que no se moje o simplemente nuestro peinado no se estropee.
Durante mucho tiempo había querido hacer este trabajo, pero no me sentía motivada porque realmente no tenía los materiales adecuados para hacerlo.
Siempre he tenido visitas en casa, primos, amigos o simplemente mis hijas. En algún momento iban a ducharse y me pedían prestado un gorro de plástico, yo me echaba las manos a la cabeza porque no encontraba la manera de solucionar la situación.
Sin embargo, rebuscando entre mis cosas encontré un trozo de plástico que había guardado durante mucho tiempo. En realidad en algún momento de mi vida no le encontré una utilidad y lo guardé. Hasta que plin!!! se me encendió la bombilla, cogí mi teléfono Tecno Spark 8C para hacer las fotos. Empecé tomando una medida de 25 cm de altura.
Once I measured I proceeded to cut off some of the excess. It was a little difficult because the plastic was moving.
Una vez medido procedí a cortar parte del sobrante. Fue un poco difícil porque el plástico se movía.
Use a 1 cm gumming and adjust it, so that it takes shape.
Utiliza un engomado de 1 cm y ajústalo para que coja forma.
Finally, I cut a piece of stretch fabric into a ribbon shape and, using a bobby pin, inserted it inside. This took a lot of patience; I had to be very careful, as the plastic is delicate and could puncture. After completing the procedure, I made a small loop to adjust it according to the thickness of the hair.
Finalmente, corté un trozo de tela elástica en forma de cinta y, con una horquilla, lo inserté. Esto requirió mucha paciencia; tuve que tener mucho cuidado, ya que el plástico es delicado y podría perforarse. Después de terminar el procedimiento, hice un pequeño lazo para ajustarlo al grosor del cabello.
I love how my shower cap fits. I know it fits all sizes, meaning I can lend it to any girl who comes to visit me.
