MINI HAMBUERGUESA EN MASA FLEXIBLE/MINI BURGER IN FLEXIBLE DOUGH

Hola, abejitas creativas, esperando que se encuentren muy bien, estoy por acá, para mostrarle como hago miniaturas en masa flexible, quise recrear para ustedes una provocativa hamburguesa, haciendo de esta los ingredientes tal cual moldeando con pocas herramientas. Espero que les guste, les invito a ver este paso a paso.

PASO 1

Debemos comenzar por hacer el pan, tanto el de arriba como el de abajo, usando masa flexible color café claro, si se nos pega u poco en las manos podemos usar aceite de bebé, o vaselina. Dando forma, con las yemas de nuestros dedos.

STEP 1

We must start by making the bread, both the top and the bottom, using flexible light brown dough, if it sticks to our hands we can use baby oil, or Vaseline . Giving shape, with the tips of our fingers.

PASO 2

Para hacer la carne, usamos masa de color café oscuro, una rebanada que abarque el pan, luego hacemos texturas.

STEP 2

To make the meat, we use dark brown dough, a slice that spans the bread, then we do textures.

PASO 3

La lechuga, la hacemos de esta manera, con las yemas de los dedos hasta hacer una capa muy fina, sin uniformidad.

Los tomates y el queso lo hacemos de esta manera, usando rodajas de color rojo y un cuadrado color amarillo uno encima del otro.

Para dar colores de salsas como de costumbre vemos nuestras ricas hamburguesas creamos una mezcla de silicón frio con pintura y ahí le colocamos para dar relieve.
