This is a tutorial on how I achieved a petal design which can be used to construct a 3D applique design. this particular petals design can be used in design a dress, structured sleeve of a dress, cap, bag etc. the materials I used in constructing it is: 1/2 yard of organza net, cupchain sturd which i divided it into 3parts, E_8000 gum, hemming gum which I used in holding each layer of the organza fabric I cut, using an iron to gum it together. I used 4 layers of the organza net I cutted and hemmed it together with a hemming gum so it can be firm. I hope this tutorial can be of benefit to someone out there.
