Hello friends of DiY, today I bring you a creativity in foami, to create a surprise topper for my 4-year-old son who turns 5 next week. I take this opportunity to share with you this beautiful video game that many of us know, which is created by Andy Gavin and Jason Rubin in 1996; and that today we still play.
Hola amigos de DiY hoy les traigo una creatividad en foami, para crear un toper sorpresa a mi hijo de 4 años quien cumple sus 5 años la semana proxima. Aprovecho para compartir con ustedes este hermoso video juego que muchos conocemos, cual es creado por Andy Gavin y Jason Rubin en el año 1996; y que hoy dia aun jugamos.
To create this topper I started using one side of a cardboard folder.
Para crear este toper comence utilizando una cara de una carpeta de carton.
Trace the outline of the drawing and then I gave shape to the mask creating the wood texture.
Trace el contorno del dibujo y luego le fui dando figura a la mascara creando la textura de madera.
To create the beard of leaves that characterizes him, draw a common tree leaf on letter paper.
Para crear la barba de hojas que lo caracteriza dibuje en papel tipo carta una hoja de arbol comun.
Then I cut 6 leaves with this same mold and later I shaped with the pencil tracing the veins of each leaf. To make the cuts on the sheet, just take the tip of the scissors and cut a few small 45º triangles.
Luego recorte 6 hojas con este mismo molde y posteriormente di forma con el lapiz trazando las venas de cada hoja. Para realizar los cortes de la hoja solo tome la punta de la tijera cortandounos pequeños triangulos de 45º.
I was placing piece by piece with hot cilicone, and in an orderly manner I started from the bottom up, after gluing the leaves of the chin to simulate his beard, I made his teeth and I shaped him with a very pointed pencil and then I bordered him with his red lips They are also made of wood.
Fui ubicando pieza por pieza con cilicona caliente, y ordenadamente comence de abajo arriba, luego de pegar las hojas de la barbilla para simular su barba, realice sus dientes y le di forma con lapiz muy punteagudo y luego lo borde con sus labios rojos que tambien son de madera.
For the nose, I first drew it on a piece of paper and made sure it would look good on my topper.
Para la nariz primero la dibujo en un trozo de papel y me asegure que quedara bien en mi toper.
Then I carefully cut it out to make it square.
Luego la recorte cuidadosamente para que quedara bien cuadrada.
To give a better figure to the nose, draw some lines with the tip of the scissors giving a sinking double. When pasting it, it frowned a little and then I fixed it with hot cilicone, being this way.
Para darle una mejor figura a la nariz, le trace unas lineas con la punta de la tijera dando un hundimiento al dobles. Al pegarla le fruñi un poco y luego la fije con cilicona caliente, quedando de esta manera.
Draw aku aku's eyes on a piece of paper, then cut them out; the eyes are two pieces of felled trunks, and to give it shape, with the tip of the scissors cut 45º triangles at a certain distance and with a pencil draw the outline at a small distance to give it a resemblance to the bark.
Dibuje en un trozo de papel los ojos de aku aku, luego los recorte; los ojos son dos trozos de troncos talados, y para darle figura, con la punta de la tijera corte a cierta distancia triangulos de 45º y con el lapiz dibuje a una pequeña distancia el contorno para darle una semejanza a la corteza.
To bring the dazzling look of aku aku to life, I just draw the round mold of the look on a piece of paper, and remember in yellow foami.
Para darle vida a la mirada deslumbrante de aku aku, solo dibujo en un trozo de papel el molde redonde de la mirada, y recorde en foami amarillo.
In the same way, I drew the eyebrows on a piece of paper and after I had the right size for the look, I cut it out and with the pencil I shaped the bark.
Las cejas de igual manera las dibuje en un trozo de papel y luego que tube el tamaño adecuado para la mirada la recorte y con el lapiz di forma de corteza.
Finally, the feathers are a very striking feature of this character. Draw an oval on the white sheet of paper with your wavy lines and a few small v-cuts to create the illusion of open feather hairs. I drew on the foami of each corresponding color and gave a small difference to each pen.
Por ultimo, las plumas son una caracteristica muy llamativa de este personaje. Dibuje un ovalo en la hoja de papel blanca con sus lineas honduladas y unos pequeños cortes el v para crear la ilusion de los pelos abiertos de la pluma. dibuje en el foami de cada color que correspondiera y le di una pequeña diferencia a cada pluma.
