Howdy, craft lovers! Today I’m glad to bring you a nice work. It is about flowers with recycled cans and decorative beads. Let's see the materials and the step by step.
¡Qué tal, amantes de las manualidades! El día de hoy me alegra traerles un bonito trabajo. Se trata de flores con latas recicladas y cuentas decorativas. Veamos los materiales y el paso a paso.
We will need / Vamos a necesitar:
- Soda or beer cans / Latas de refresco o cerveza
- Liquid silicone and scissors / Silicón líquido y tijeras
- Decorative beads and wire / Cuentas decorativas y alambre
We start by cutting the can to obtain a flat sheet, being careful not to cut our hands on the can.
Iniciamos recortando la lata para obtener una lámina plana, teniendo cuidado de no cortarnos las manos con la lata.
We are going to mark the shapes of flowers with 5 petals with the help of a template previously made with cardboard, as well as some leaves. Then we cut them out.
Vamos a marcar las formas de flores de 5 pétalos con la ayuda de una plantilla previamente hecha con cartulina, así como también unas hojas. Posteriormente recortamos.
We will need 3 shapes per flower, to which we will make some folds, as shown in the image.
Vamos a necesitar 3 formas por flor, a las cuales les vamos a hacer unos dobleces, como vemos en la imagen.
We open a hole in the center of the pieces with the help of a nail. Then we take a bead and pass wire through the holes, winding as shown in the image.
Abrimos un agujero en el centro de las piezas con la ayuda de un clavo. Luego tomamos una cuenta y pasamos alambre por los agujeros, enrollando como se aprecia en la imagen.
We are going to pass the wire through each one of the pieces and reinforce it with liquid silicone. It is necessary to overlap the pieces for a better finish.
Vamos a pasar el alambre por cada una de las piezas y vamos reforzando con silicón líquido. Es necesario superponer las piezas para un mejor acabado.
We finish by placing the leaves on the sides of the flower and reinforcing the bottom with a small bead and liquid silicone.
Terminamos colocando las hojas a los costados de la flor y reforzando la parte inferior con una cuenta pequeña y silicón líquido.

That's so creative. It's the kind of thing that would be nice at a bar/pub or outdoor restaurant setting (like on some picnic benches). customers to see what their cans will be recycled to:)

Hey chica, me encanta esa manualidad, las he hecho con botellas de refresco, es decir, plásticas, y quedan muy lindas también, no las había visto con latas, me da miedo por lo filoso de las orillas, pero quedan muy lindas para decorar
