Hoy les vengo a mostrar un sabroso dulce de jobo que realice, un dulce tradicional en mi país.
Today I come to show you a tasty jobo candy that I made, a traditional candy in my country.
INGREDIENTES:
- 9 jobos.
- Una taza de azucar.
- Papelon.
- Clavito dulce.
- Una taza de agua.
INGREDIENTS:
- 9 jobs.
- 1 cup of sugar.
- Papelon.
- Sweet clove.
- One cup of water.
PASO A PASO:
Pelamos los jobos, luego que tengamos todos los jobos pelado, los echamos en la olla y le echamos la taza de azucar.
STEP BY STEP:
Peel the jobos, after we have all the peeled jobos, throw them in the pot and add the cup of sugar.
Echamos 2 cucharadas de papelón, los clavitos dulce, y la taza de agua, se pone a sudar a fuego lento hasta que los jobos se vayan poniendo flojito y doraditos con el siro de la azúcar y el papelón.
Add 2 spoonfuls of papelón, the sweet cloves, and the cup of water, put it to sweat over low heat until the jobos are getting loose and golden brown with the sugar and the papelón.
RESULTADO FINAL DE UN SABROSO DULCE TRADICIONAL DE JOBO.
END RESULT OF A TASTY TRADITIONAL JOBO CANDY.
