La semana pasada intente crear contenido pero me salio todo mal la manualidad que intente hacer no me salió como esperaba y entendí que tenia que tomarme unos días de cero dibujo, cero manualidades y cero creación de contenido, sobre el tema del cansancio mental quiero hacer un post especial así que no hablare mucho de ese tema aquí.
Last week I tried to create content but everything went wrong, the craft I tried to do did not come out as expected and I understood that I had to take a few days of zero drawing, zero crafts and zero content creation, on the subject of mental fatigue I want to do a special post so I will not talk much about that topic here.
Lo que sí diré es que esa semana de descanso me sirvio muchísimo tanto así que el domingo una prima me invitó al cumpleaños de su hijo, y ese mismo día se me ocurrió hacerle un detalle así que me puse manos a la obra a hacerle un Topper super improvisado.
What I will say is that this week off was very useful for me, so much so that on Sunday a cousin invited me to her son's birthday, and that same day I thought of making him a detail so I got down to work to make him a super improvised Topper.
Mi idea era comenzar mis actividades nuevamente el lunes, pero sentí el deseo de trabajar ese día, así que decidí tomarle fotos al paso a paso de la elaboración del Topper y convertirlo en post.
My idea was to start my activities again on Monday, but I felt the desire to work that day, so I decided to take pictures of the step by step of the making of the Topper and turn it into a post.
Ya sin más preámbulo los invito a ver los materiales, paso a paso y tal vez alguna que otra anécdota 😁 en la elaboración de este topper.

🌟Step-by-step🌟
Lo primero que hice fue sacar las letras con las palabras "feliz cumpleaños" y "Dondo" (es el apodo cariñoso para mi primito) en foami dorado escarchado, para hacer estas letras use los mismo moldes que tenía hechos desde hace un tiempo.
The first thing I did was to make the letters with the words "happy birthday" and "Dondo" (it is the affectionate nickname for my little cousin) in gold frosted foami, to make these letters I used the same molds that I had made some time ago.
También quise mostrarles como hago para sacarle la parte del centro a las letras, normalmente esto se hace con un exacto, pero yo no tengo, solo tengo un cúter y la tijera y con el cuter se me dificulta hacerlo, así que lo que hago es picar las letras y sacar el centro, a simple vista se ve como si dañe la letra, pero si siguen leyendo verán que queda muy bien.
I also wanted to show you how I do to remove the center part of the letters, normally this is done with an exacto, but I don't have one, I only have a cutter and scissors and with the cutter it is difficult for me to do it, so what I do is to cut the letters and remove the center, at first glance it looks like I damaged the letter, but if you keep reading you will see that it looks very good.
A continuación pegue las letras doradas en un fondo de foami azul escarchado.
Then glue the gold letters on a background of frosted blue foami.
Las pegue con silicón líquido porque con este silicón es más fácil a la hora de mover las piezas, si utilizo el silicón caliente seca muy rápido y no puedo mover las piezas en caso de que me haya equivocado, como pueden ver las piezas que pique para sacar el centro se ven perfectamente bien, ni siquiera se nota que las pique.
I glued them with liquid silicone because with this silicone it is easier to move the pieces, if I use hot silicone it dries very fast and I can't move the pieces in case I made a mistake, as you can see the pieces that I cut to remove the center look perfectly fine, you can't even notice that I cut them.
Como ya saben amo las cosas 3D así que este Topper no podia ser la excepción por eso le pegue unos trozos de foami por detrás para luego pegarlo en una capa de foami blanco, este paso si lo hice con silicón caliente.
As you know I love 3D things so this Topper could not be the exception so I glued some pieces of foami on the back and then glued it on a layer of white foami, this step if I did it with hot silicone.
Listas las letras me puse a hacer la pelota de fútbol quien será la protagonista de este sencillo Topper, entonces para ello traze un círculo en un Foami blanco escarchado y lo recorte con ayuda de unas tijeras.
Once the letters were ready, I started to make the soccer ball that will be the protagonist of this simple Topper, so I traced a circle on a white frosted Foami and cut it out with the help of scissors.
Luego hice un pentágono en foami negro y como una especie de triángulos pequeños, el pentágono lo pegue al círculo blanco en todo el centro y luego los triángulos los pegue en el borde del círculo pero haciéndo que coincidan con las 5 puntas del pentágono, con el bolígrafo roller traze una línea desde cada punta del pentágono haata la punta de cada triángulo y también traze una línea al borde de la parte blanca del círculo, todo esto para darle esa apariencia de balon de fútbol.
Then I made a pentagon in black foami and as a kind of small triangles, I glued the pentagon to the white circle around the center and then glued the triangles on the edge of the circle but making them match the 5 points of the pentagon, with the rollerball pen I drew a line from each point of the pentagon to the tip of each triangle and also drew a line to the edge of the white part of the circle, all this to give the appearance of a soccer ball.
Es primera vez que hago un balón de fútbol y tomando en cuenta que lo hice en tiempo récord me siento muy orgullosa 🥹 de como quedo.
It's the first time I've made a soccer ball and considering that I did it in record time I feel very proud 🥹 of how it turned out.
Por último con silicón caliente uni cada palabra y la pelota de fútbol así cómo también pegue el palillo de altura y listo así quedo el topper.
Finally with hot silicone I attached each word and the soccer ball as well as the height stick and that's it, the topper is ready.
Sé muy bien que mi forma de hacer topper no es la más correcta que digamos, pero es mi forma de hacerlos y siento que para dar un detelle quedan muy bien, quisiera en algún momento aprender a hacerlos correctamente y que se vean más profesionales.
I know very well that my way of making topper is not the most correct one, but it is my way of making them and I feel that to give a detail they look very good, I would like at some point to learn how to make them correctly and make them look more professional.
Lo chistoso del asunto es que hice el Topper en tiempo récord y cuando ya casi estoy terminado de hacerlo mi prima me escribe para decirme que el cumpleaños se posposuso para el día siguiente ⏭️ 🤣 el lado bueno es que me sirvió para tener un post para esta semana así que no me quejo, la otra parte chistosa es que no pude ir al cumpleaños por que estaba indispuesta (cosas de chicas, ya saben🥴🔴) pero insisto el lado bueno es que pude hacer este post y eso me hace muy feliz. 🥰
The funny thing is that I made the Topper in record time and when I'm almost finished making it my cousin writes me to tell me that the birthday was postponed to the next day ⏭️ 🤣 the good side is that it helped me to have a post for this week so I'm not complaining, the other funny part is that I couldn't go to the birthday because I was indisposed (girl stuff, you know🥴🔴) but I insist the good side is that I was able to make this post and that makes me very happy. 🥰
