Estoy muy feliz de participar en este concurso, desde hace algunos días estoy viendo las publicaciones de la comunidad y me encanta mucho como cada quien realiza el mismo arte con una técnica distinta, cada publicación me emocionaba y me desesperaba un poco porque tardé varios días realizando mi decoupage.

I am very happy to participate in this contest, since a few days ago I'm watching the publications of the community and I love how everyone makes the same art with a different technique, 🧡each publication made me excited and a little desperate because it took me several days to make my decoupage.

Luego de investigar un poco más decidí realizar un decoupage en una caja de teléfono donde guardo mis brochas de maquillaje, tardé más de lo esperado simplemente probando o pensando de qué manera hacer las cosas, soy una persona bastante perfeccionista y por eso me esfuerzo mucho o simplemente me tomo el tiempo necesario para realizar mis manualidades.✨💛

After a little more research I decided to make a decoupage on a phone box where I keep my makeup brushes, it took me longer than expected just trying or thinking about how to do things, I'm a pretty perfectionist person and that's why I make a lot of effort or just take the necessary time to do my crafts.✨💛

Quise realizar algo similar a las imágenes de referencia que están en la publicación del concurso, porque me encantan las cosas delicadas y estéticas; quería también que luciera muy femenino y elegante.🏵️

I wanted to make something similar to the reference images that are in the contest publication, because I love delicate and aesthetic things; I also wanted it to look very feminine and elegant.🏵️

Simplemente puedo decir que me encantan las cosas lindas.✨🏵️

Materiales que necesitas	Materials you need

Empecemos💛

Let's start💛

1- Primero empecé cortando las rosas,🌹✂️ tardé muchísimo tiempo realizando este proceso porque la tela es de chifón la cual es bastante liviana. ✂️ Corté luego muchas más flores porque no sabía que usaría tantas.

1- First I started by cutting the roses,🌹✂️ it took me a very long time doing this process because the fabric is chifón which is quite light. ✂️ I then cut many more flowers because I didn't know I would use so many.

2- Con la ayuda de una hojilla le quité el diseño a la caja; rasgaba un poco para levantar el papel y luego lo jalaba poco a poco.📦

2- With the help of a blade I removed the design from the box; I tore a little to lift the paper and then pulled it little by little.📦

3- Pinté la caja de blanco aunque no se nota mucho la diferencia,😅 porque se veía el cartón en algunas partes donde arranqué el papel de la caja.

3- I painted the box white although you can't really tell the difference,😅 because you could see the cardboard in some parts where I tore the paper off the box.

4- Hice un corazón en un papel ❤️ y luego lo marqué sobre la caja. Utilicé una hojilla para recortar el corazón con muchísima paciencia para que quedara lo más simétrico posible.📏

4- I made a heart on a piece of paper ❤️ and then marked it on the box. I used a blade to cut out the heart with lots and lots of patience to make it as symmetrical as possible.📏

5- En una pequeña bandeja mezcle pegamento con un poco de agua,💧 tomé la flor que había recortado y la empapé de la mezcla. Y poco a poco empecé a pegar las flores y estando pendiente de que no aparecieran burbujas de aire mientras secaba.

5- In a small tray I mixed glue with a little water, 💧 I took the flower I had cut out and soaked it in the mixture. And little by little I started to glue the flowers and being aware that no air bubbles appeared while drying.

7- Utilicé las medidas exactas de la caja 📏 para recortar la tela que puse en el interior. Utilicé la misma mezcla de pegamento y poco a poco lo comencé a pegar, fue un poco complicado porque la tela se movía pero al final lo logré.😅

7- I used the exact measurements of the box 📏 to cut out the fabric that I put inside. I used the same glue mixture and little by little I started to glue it, it was a little complicated because the fabric was moving but in the end I made it.😅

8- Utilicé el corazón que recorté de la caja como patron para realizar dos más para la parte exterior e interior de la caja un poco más grande. ✂️ Corté los corazones por dentro para que quedaran de forma hueca y un pedacito de plástico de una bolsa que no de distingue mucho en la foto. Luego lo pegué.✨

8- I used the heart I cut out of the box as a pattern to make two more for the outside and inside of the box a little bigger. ✂️ I cut the hearts on the inside so that they would be hollow and a little piece of plastic from a bag that is not very distinguishable in the photo. Then I glued it on.✨

Este es uno de los proyectos al cual le he dedicado mucho tiempo y atención.✨ Estando pendiente de las burbujas de aire y de que se pegara la tela correctamente en la caja.📦

This is one of the projects to which I have dedicated a lot of time and attention. I was watching out for air bubbles and making sure that the fabric was glued correctly in the box.

Estoy muy feliz con el resultado, mis brochas de maquillaje ahora tienen un lugar lindo para estar guardadas, me gusta mucho que a lo lejos parece que las rosas de la caja fueron pintadas a mano. No necesité materiales complejos ni caros para realizar esta manualidad, se pueden realizar cosas muy bonitas con mucho amor.🧡

I am very happy with the result, my makeup brushes now have a nice place to be stored, I really like that from a distance it looks like the roses in the box were painted by hand. I didn't need complex or expensive materials to make this craft, you can make very nice things with a lot of love.💛
