Greetings dear friends of #HiveDiy, they gave me a flannel but made of thick fabric and I decided to transform it into a useful sports backpack. Taking advantage of the recycling of fabrics is very important since we give life to that flannel that we no longer use and instead of throwing it away we recover it into something useful and give it much more life. I hope you like it.
Saludos queridos amigos de #HiveDiy, me regalaron una franela pero de una tela gruesa y decidí transformarla en un útil morral deportivo. Aprovechar el reciclaje de las telas es muy importante ya que volvemos a dar vida a esa franela que ya no usamos y en vez de botarla la recuperamos en algo útil y le damos mucho tiempo mas de vida. Espero les guste.

- 1 flannel, thread, and scissors.
- 1 franela, hilo, y tijera.
Process / Procedimiento:

- Cut the sleeves following the line of the seams.
- Cortar las mangas siguiendo la línea de las costuras.
- Cut the neck and shoulder part.
- Cortar el cuello y la parte de los hombros.
- Cut along the sides.
- Cortar por los laterales.
- Cut the edges of the lower edge up to the hem, this way it can be used to tie the backpack.
- Cortar las orillas del borde inferior hasta el dobladillo, de está manera se aprovecha para el amarre del morral.
- Square the piece across the entire width of the flannel.
- Cuadrar la pieza por todo el ancho de la franela.
- From the sides we are going to cut a pair of straps, from the top a fold where the ties pass.
- De los laterales vamos a cortar un par de tirantes, de la parte superior un doblez por dónde pasan los amarres.
- Sew the two square pieces on the sides and bottom.
- Coser las dos piezas cuadradas por los laterales y parte inferior.
- Sew the straps, make some ears with the neck and place them at the bottom when closing the piece.
- Coser los tirantes, con el cuello hacer unas orejitas y colocarlas en la parte inferior al momento de cerrar la pieza.
- Sew the hem at the top, fixing the straps with this piece.
- Coser el dobladillo en la partes superior fijando con esta pieza los tirantes.
- Join the two edges that we cut from the bottom, to make the tie and pass it through the fold.
- Unir los dos bordes que cortamos de la parte inferior, para hacer el amarre y pasarlo por el doblez.
- And we finished our bag, practical. nice, big and useful.
- Y terminamos nuestro bolso, práctico. bonito, grande y útil.

It makes a good gym bag too. Nice creative idea, especially for parents whose kids might outgrow their clothes. It would be more economical to recycle sports shirts (which are not cheap) than to donate or throw them away:)
