Hello friends in the HIVE DIY community, this time I will show you how to recycle used motorcycles.

Here Iwill form my name logo using the simplest materials and tools,
The material I use here is the used timing chain cover which is round, and the tools to carve it I use a used piston handlebar and valve umbrella, the use of the piston handlebar is instead of a hammer because I don't have a small hammer
and the use of the valve statue is as a substitute for a chisel because the valve umbrella is made of sturdy material and the size is also according to my needs.

To change the valve umbrella into a chisel is quite easy and easy, you only need to sharpen the ends, the Seher handlebar does not need to be changed at all.

Surely everyone is asking?? Why not use a mini drill or a porting tool??

My reason is, I just want to be creative with makeshift tools and not everyone can use makeshift tools.

Go straight to how to make a name logo by using a manual chisel.

First I did the formation of the letters first or formed the image after I drew it using a paint pen.

The easiest way to form the writing is by tapping gently on the line,
Don't immediately line up like the picture above, you just need to form it by giving the edges full of dots, or a beat like this? ... . . . . . . .

After the edges are shaped by means of dots, then the inside is immediately chiseled slowly because this media is made of mixed iron which is not too strong.

Remember one wrong tap it will change the display to be very bad.

To hold our chisel media, I'm here using a used motor head so that the media doesn't shake or twist when we sculpt,

Or you can just use a locking tool or a mini press.

After the inside is finished, I shape or chisel, then I flatten the untidy carvings so that the inside looks nice and shiny.

How to tidy up the sculpture was quite easy just using a slightly rough sand paper,
After all the parts are evenly distributed then I rub using a finer sand paper in order to make the glossy process easier.

Hi Waman, it is interesting the way you have created your own working instruments, I was amazed to see the piston turned into a chisel and you carved that piece, thanks for showing us your project.

My goal here is to share my knowledge and work experience
