But in your 1 in a billion case, I don't see the rush for these 2 evolved people having sex, why not wait some years ? If they are in such a grand love story a few years are nothing.
This subject leads to the mature age issue,
Because most of today adults are immature but on the other hand as you said some young one can be very mature even wise early in their life.
So fixing an arbitrary age limit from childhood to being an adult looks futile.
Maybe each children should be considered immature / dependent / not having authority as long as they didn't publicly notice otherwise.
Witch they could do anytime they want but this being a one way trip you can't go back.
Any thoughts on that ?
I agree, might as well wait a few years.
I've been thinking a child could declare full self ownership and responsibility, but how would we know some deviant hadn't just convinced them to do that?
