I got an early Christmas present. My favorite book series released boom five this month and I got gifted the hard back book early. I’m super excited about it. I was not planning on buying until I had finished re reading the first 4 books. I just finished number 2.
Take a look at these rating on good reads already.
It’s hard to find books with that many ratings and reviews at 4.7 stars. Sanderson sure has a loyal fan base. He almost always delivers amazing books and he out paces most authors 10 to 1 in the amount he gets done each year. I think that helps his popularity a lot.
Very few authors release more than 1 book a year. He always does. Unfortunately the stormlight archive series is a book about every 2-3 years it seems. He just has so many series going at the same time.

Since you recommended it, I read the Mistborn series. Now I've started on the Wax and Wayne series and am on book two. I haven't read anything from The Stormlight Archive.
Wax and Wayne are awesome. Love the 3rd book in that series. !PIZZA !BBH

Good about him is he writes fast so it keeps his fans satisfied. Compare that to GRMM 😅
I highly recommend Joe Abercrombie if you like fantasy.
