This is a familiar insect in my locality. In local language we called it "Phoring". Insect is as beautiful as it looks. I still remember being bitten by this insect once when I was a child. Every time I see it. It is undoubtedly a matter of luck and when it is sitting on my body or hands.
I took some photograph of this insect today's morning. I tried to take pictures from a distance. If I had tried to get a little closer, it was moving another place.
