Genus Hyphorma

Yesterday afternoon, while walking around the small garden near the house, I found something interesting on a wooden branch that I almost ignored. When he got closer, it turned out that there was a caterpillar with a unique color and texture attached to it. I immediately took a macro lens and started capturing this moment.

This caterpillar comes from the genus Hyphorma, which has a characteristic elongated body with a color that often resembles its surrounding environment, making it difficult to find. When I photographed him, I tried several angles so I could capture the details of his body, especially the unique patterns and textures it has. Several times the caterpillar moved a little, making me have to be more patient in adjusting my focus.

After a few shots, I got quite satisfactory results. I'm glad I was able to capture this little creature, which many people may often miss.

NOTE: I first wrote the article above in Indonesian, which is my own language, then I translated it using English with the help of Goggle.
