False parasol plant is very common in our natural environment. Many eat it as a vegetable. But I have never taken it as food till date. Because I have little knowledge about it. I already know that not all such plants are edible.Even people in our region do not take this plant as a vegetable. Especially it is known to all of us as mushroom. But we know that all the mushrooms that can be cultivated in the field are edible. But nowadays big doctors advise to eat it. It is very nutritious.However, it is true that recent studies have shown that mushrooms are rich in nutrients. But we don't know how much nutrients are in the naturally occurring mushrooms in our region. We don't even know if it is edible or not. But this white plant looks very beautiful.
