The Chacoan mara Pediolagus salinicola

So I photographed this South American "rabbit" on a big Paraguayan farm where we were staying. It is 100% wild creature nothing that escapes from the cage. They were a little wary, but not really afraid so it was possible to kneel down on the ground and take pictures from a better angle.

Ah ... it looks funny 😆👌👌👌☕... I have big hares here in the wild they are like medium sized dogs 😆😆🤭👌👌
