Friends, today I have put a picture of a beautiful wild-growing creeping plant in my observation list. Nowadays, people who are thirsty for beauty, plant it to enhance the beauty of gardens and establishments.
Lantana is a type of plant species. It has many regional names. Notable among them are, lantern flower, chhatra, putus, bhutbhairavi etc. etc. Good names are chhatrak, putus, lantana camara etc. etc. Scientific name - Lantana camara. A flower species belonging to the Verbenas family.
The main feature of the flower is that several colored flowers bloom in the same bunch.
Although it is a wild flower in Bangladesh and the Indian subcontinent, it is more or less seen in almost all continents of the world. Some
tree 🌲 experts have mentioned that its original habitat is the tropical region of America.
