One of the characteristic features of the Oudemansiella australis fungus is the shape of the tube that resembles a human finger. This mushroom has a smooth stem and is usually white or cream colored, while the upper part, called the umbrella, shows a beautiful variety of colors, giving a truly amazing impression.
