Greetings friends. For me it is always a pleasure to share with you my sculptures.
However, this time I will show you a small keychain inspired by one of the characters of the game. A Noxic keychain.

Saludos amigos. Para mí siempre es un placer compartir con ustedes mis esculturas.
Sin embargo, en esta ocasión les mostraré un pequeño llavero inspirado en uno de los personajes del juego. Un llavero de Noxic.
Step by step
To make this piece I used flexible dough, paints and wire.
The first step is always to make a base. Being a butterfly, the wire base. The one I decided to use was similar to the shape of a butterfly, as you can see in the image below.
Paso a paso
Para hacer está pieza usé masa flexible, pinturas y alambre.
El primer paso siempre es hacer una base. Al ser una mariposa, la base de alambre. Re que decidí utilizar fue una similar a la propia forma de una mariposa, tal cómo pueden ver en la imagen de abajo.
Even though it looks like a bunch of twisted wire. It's the best way I managed to get the whole piece to hold together and without using anything but wire to hold the pieces together.
After that it was time to attach the flexible dough to the wire frame. This time I used paint to dye the dough black, so it wouldn't need to be painted after it dried.
As you can see in the image below, a small piece of wire with a ring comes out of the dough, which will be used to hang the chain of the keychain.
Aunque parecen un montón de alambres retorcitdos. Es la mejor forma que logré conseguir para que toda la pieza se mantuviera unida y sin usar algo más que alambre para mantener las piezas bien sujetas.
Luego de esto era tiempo de unir la masa flexible en el armazón de alambre. En esta ocasión usé pintura para teñir la masa de color negro, así no sería necesario pintarla luego de que secara.
Cómo ven en la imagen de abajo, ya sale fuera de la masa un trocito de alambre con argolla, el cual servirá para colgar la cadena del llavero.
Although at first I thought of making the keychain as it is in the picture, it would be very difficult at such a small size.
That's why I thought of making the shape of a butterfly only and using the Noxic colors as a reference to paint the wings of this butterfly, so I started painting.
Si bien un principio pensé en hacer el llavero tal cual a como está en la imagen, resultaría muy difícil a un tamaño tan pequeño.
Por eso fue que pensé en hacer la forma de una mariposa solamente y usar los colores de Noxic como referencia para pintar las alas de esta mariposa.Así pues comencé a pintar.
If you have ever painted anything (it can be anything), you will know that when you paint over a dark color, it doesn't mark the new paint that you apply over it very well, especially if it is a light color.
That's why I should mention that I used many coats of paint to give this vivid color to the spots Noxic has on the wings.
Si alguna vez han pintado algo (puede ser cualquiera cosa), sabrán que cuando se pinta sobre un color oscuro, no se marca del todo bien la nueva pintura que se aplica encima, menos si es de color claro.
Por eso debo mencionar que ocupé muchas capas de pintura para poder dar este color vivo a las manchas que tiene Noxic en las alas.
I would be lying if I told you that I applied five coats of paint because I really don't remember, but I simply applied paint until the black was no longer visible in those areas. Once that paint was dry, I applied two coats of glue to protect the piece.
Les mentiría si les dijeron que aplique cinco capas de pintura porque la verdad no recuerdo, pero simplemente apliqué pintura hasta que no se vio el negro en esas áreas. Una vez seca esa pintura, apliqué dos capas de pegamento para proteger a la pieza.
