Hello #Holozing people!!!.... I have to confess, I love assembling LEGO models!... But the most wonderful thing that has happened to me recently in relation to this has been to find the #Holozing universe full of ideal creatures to turn into digital LEGO-based models!...
The new RADIANT & HOLOMAX evolution proposals for these creatures provide charming color patterns and therefore a wide universe of creative possibilities. Today I wanted to share with you my LEGO Digital Designer 3D version of Waller, our beloved super whale defender of the seas... I loved watching Waller evolve as RADIANT. This creature itself has wonderful shapes thanks to its fins, its crest and its tail... So it was an arduous but very fun project...
Just like my previous #Holozing creatures LEGO models, I have started building them from scratch... I love to do it this way and shape the model gradually without planning anything beforehand...
CREATION PROCESS
This is a 230-piece model and I spent two design and assembly work sessions, each of 4 hours...

I started by designing Waller's huge main fins and once they are ready, I used them as a reference to give volume and size to the rest of his parts...

As I said, it was an arduous project, and during the more than 8 hours of work, there were moments when the virtual space of the LDD interface literally filled with loose parts and a lot of chaos, due to my continuous need to try different types of parts to give a coherent shape to the model... But this is lovely, it's like playing with real LEGO pieces and doing the usual messy stuff!.... ;)

To give mobility and certain anatomical features of a large cetacean, I had to use several articulated LEGO pieces, this resulted in more work time, but -as you can see- the ability of our **WALLER **in LEGO model to move is remarkable!... ;)
And finally, "painting" and making our mighty WALLER was a real pleasure!....
Here are some additional images of the finished model without background... I have even put a version with the regular WALLER colour pattern so that you can compare and contrast it with the model painted in RADIANT mode...
Finally, here are a couple of images with a "space" background... Why not?... After all, Waller is a super whale and even more in Radiant! :))... I've also added an image with a desert background... Something that Waller will surely hate!... But it's good to appreciate how our dear friend looks like!....
