Holo everyone here! Good Day to @kstreet and @acidyo as always kudos to the unwavering efforts of the whole team even those people who are behind the scenes.
Since I made a female ocean healer fanart a lot and most of my fan arts of holozing were female, this time around I decided to give it a go draw a dude! In a sense it is both fanart and an entry to the Holozing healer traits tho I highly doubt that there is already the same idea as mine in the holozing team, well anyway I will still try my luck and now here is my design. When I am unsure if there is already an existing idea of my healer traits proposal I brought something along and that is a holomon or holozing creature which synergize well with the element of the healer which is why I draw Waller at the back.
Okay enough of that intro and let me show you my art process...
ART PROCESS ON CLIP STUDIO
Materials Used: clip studio paint software and drawing tablet which is XP PEN artist 12
- The very first thing I always do a messy blue lineart! usually, in this step of the process I visualize what the pose will be at this point and this will serve as a rough sketch which could still be changeable at the last step which depends to my mood at the moment.
- I imagine this ocean dude to have a bucket hat on his head well for now! Also this is my lineart I don't have a usual thickness but this time I intentionally draw thicker lines on the outside since I will putting a lot of stuffs at the back, and then thin lines for the details.
- I decided to design a waller bucket hat I think it will suit him since the color pallette isn't that far from the theme of ocean healers.
- Now I started painting the base colors and in the third image of this step as you can see that I put a light brown background there so I could distinguish if I accidentally painted outside of this ocean healer's jacket since it is a white color.

- In this step of my process I started doing the shades also I decided to render some of the shadings at this point since I have this common mistake of leaving some areas out and I think long time artists would prolly notice my mistakes in a lot of my previous arts.

Now it is my time to do the highlights most of my process is that I added a layer on top of the colors and use an air brush and lower the opacity or just remain at 100% as is depending on the lightness and darkness of the base color if you know what I mean.
Then finally I started doing the last step which is the background, as i said earlier i decided to go with a background that has Waller on it since i don't know if there is already the same idea of the traits that i have right here and decided to just post this as a fanart.
