[Zingtober] Scarecrow. Holozing or Trick?. Ocean Healer in Scarecrow Costume 🎃👻

Day 25 of Zingtober!

The word of the day is perhaps one of my favorites: Scarecrow. For today I made an illustration of my favorite Healer, the Ocean Healer. I imagined her as a girl dressed as a scarecrow who goes from house to house asking the question: Holozing or trick? This phrase, more Holo than anything else, cheerfully changing the classic phrase: Trick or treat?

Despite the tiredness of the day, I had fun creating this illustration. There were some details that I wanted to improve, however, the early morning and life told me that I had to stop. For this illustration I used a lot of detail one by one, the hair, the straws that make up the contour of the neck and dolls, it is one of the prettiest and most striking things. I love the pumpkin, I am very happy with the result.

Let's quickly see Drawing process:

To create the illustration, I initially started with a quick sketch to help me with some proportions. Then I moved on to a more careful outline, not rough and much more careful. I did some cleaning, so that in the next stage I wouldn't have much to erase. Then I moved on to a long detailing stage, as I mentioned, I did the details one by one changing the thickness of the brush to make it more visually pleasing. In this stage the Smooth Round Feather Brush was my great ally. Then I moved on to a color stage, where after placing the color, I used a clipping layer to add textures.

I really liked adding squares, mesh, splash to the costume, because I think that's what scarecrows are like, made with scraps and used country clothes. As for the brushes, I used: Splash, airbrush, cells, blur, acrylic.
