Holozing Forest Healer with Colorful Nail Polish Fanart

Hello, How are you? I feel like summer is coming as soon as possible, I can't feel the coldness of the weather anymore which is good and not good last time summer came the heat was unbearable which led my brother to buy AC when I told you the heat previous time melts me to the core I am not kidding! hehe for sure I will sleep in his room frequently when summer comes.

So for the last time, I am going to draw a fanart of Forest Healer wearing her jacket for the last time before summer comes. It is timing that compliments the color of summer.

The Process:

$1

For the lineart, I used a marker detail brush and btw I am using Krita as my drawing program which is a completely free and easy-to-use program. It took me 3 layers of sketches until I was satisfied with the final line art.

$1

Then I used a shape fill brush to add the base colors and each part had its respective layer If you have a shaky hand like me I adjust the stabilization of the brush to make it less shaky.

$1

After I added the base color, I filled the canvas with texture what I do is I added a fill layer and then set the blending mode to soft light and lowered the opacity up to 30%. And fill up the background color with dark gray. Now I have a textured canvas.

For this part, I added the base rendering of her. I used the brush airbrush soft.

6.png

I thought the background design would work for the final rendering but I guess not LOL. Sometimes things would not work for the final render.

7.png

Next, I lowered the opacity of the lineart and started rendering again adding more details to her and I decided to add nail polish to her I added multiple colors to it.

8.png

I always forget to add the highlights to her hair and then I added darker eyeliner I like doing it at the start that step works for me.

For the final details, for the hair, I used rake bristle dry to add more strands to the hair, for the skin I added highlight and more shadow on her to compliment the background color. For the background, I used textured random noise.

Thank you for visiting, see you on my next blog. :D
