Happy weekend everyone. I'm sharing another fanart for the holozing game, painting the ocean healer has always been on my mind so I got an idea when I saw Walle. Painting the both of them was very fun experience. When painting this, I envisioned a serene scene with calming blue hues, an image that conveys healing properties and has the ability to attract other sea creatures and also keep them safe.
This are the original characters from the game and I picked some of my colours from them.
I made a quick little sketch of what I had in mind and started adding flat colours to her skin, hair and clothes. I also painted facial features and added the fish on her shoulders like its swimming from behind her.
For the rendering phase, I started of f with her skin, then I began to paint her clothes and hair. I wanted her eyes and hair to have some some type of glow so I added that and it looked good. I painted her hair piece by adding sea shells before adding bubbles and body marks where necessary.
This is the finished piece, I did a very simple background by applying radial blur. I hope you love it...
