Hello, dear art lovers and the amazing @holozing community! I’m Lorentm, a digital artist passionate about bringing characters to life through my art. Today, I’m beyond excited to share my latest creation: a fan art of Female Light Healer in anime style.

This piece was inspired by the wonderful initiative led by @acidyo, encouraging artists to contribute to the growing collections of the Holozing universe. Being part of this project fills me with joy, as it allows me to explore new creative approaches while adding my own artistic touch to these beloved characters.

For this artwork, I wanted to capture the ethereal and divine essence of the Female Light Healer, blending her natural elegance with an aesthetic inspired by traditional Japan. Her design immediately made me think of a celestial priestess, someone who carries the warmth and guidance of the light. The idea of incorporating Japanese elements felt like a perfect match, as their culture is rich with spiritual symbolism, grace, and mysticism. I was deeply immersed in this concept as I brought her to life on my canvas.

Esta pieza nace gracias a la increíble iniciativa de @acidyo, quien motiva a los artistas a contribuir a la creación de colecciones dentro del universo de Holozing. Ser parte de este proyecto me llena de entusiasmo, ya que me permite explorar nuevas formas de expresión artística mientras aporto mi propio estilo a estos personajes tan queridos.

Para esta obra, quise capturar la esencia etérea y divina de la Female Light Healer, fusionando su elegancia natural con una estética inspirada en el antiguo Japón. Su diseño me evocó inmediatamente la imagen de una sacerdotisa celestial, alguien que porta la calidez y la guía de la luz. La idea de incorporar elementos japoneses me pareció la combinación perfecta, ya que su cultura está llena de simbolismo espiritual, gracia y misticismo. Me sumergí por completo en este concepto mientras la traía a la vida en mi lienzo.

The Female Light Healer is a serene yet powerful character. I wanted to emphasize her delicate yet divine aura by creating a traditional kimono that evokes the soft but strong energy of the character. Her long, flowing hair, shimmering with hues of gold, adds a celestial touch, reflecting her healing powers. The crown she wears symbolizes her connection to the higher powers and gives her a sense of nobility. Her hands are gently holding a radiant star-shaped artifact, a visual representation of her healing abilities, glowing with a gentle golden light. The cherry blossoms in the background further enhance the calm and peaceful vibe surrounding her.

La Female Light Healer es un personaje sereno pero poderoso. Quise resaltar su aura delicada pero divina creando un kimono tradicional que evoca la energía suave pero fuerte del personaje. Su largo y fluido cabello, brillando con tonos dorados, añade un toque celestial, reflejando sus poderes curativos. La corona que lleva simboliza su conexión con los poderes superiores y le otorga una sensación de nobleza. Sus manos sostienen suavemente un artefacto en forma de estrella radiante, una representación visual de sus habilidades curativas, brillando con una suave luz dorada. Las flores de cerezo en el fondo realzan aún más la calma y paz que la rodean.

Process / Proceso

When I start any digital art piece, the first step is always the sketch. I laid down the basic shapes and the general idea of the character. I wanted the pose to feel soft and peaceful, so I kept the lines light and flowing, trying to capture the healing essence that the Female Light Healer embodies.

Cuando empiezo cualquier pieza de arte digital, el primer paso siempre es el boceto. Dibujé las formas básicas y la idea general del personaje. Quería que la pose tuviera una sensación suave y pacífica, así que mantuve las líneas ligeras y fluidas, tratando de capturar la esencia curativa que la Female Light Healer personifica.

After the sketch was done, I began the outlining process. This is where I define all the important details of the character. I outlined her kimono, the star-shaped artifact she holds, her facial features, and her flowing hair. The detailing in the accessories was very important to me, as I wanted each element to symbolize something about her character – the crown, the star, even the subtle glow around her.

Después de terminar el boceto, comencé con el proceso de delineado. Aquí es donde defino todos los detalles importantes del personaje. Delineé su kimono, el artefacto en forma de estrella que sostiene, sus rasgos faciales y su cabello fluido. Los detalles en los accesorios eran muy importantes para mí, ya que quería que cada elemento simbolizara algo sobre su carácter: la corona, la estrella, incluso el suave resplandor que la rodea.

Then, it was time for coloring. I used soft pastels and golden tones to emphasize her gentle nature, with a focus on her hair and the light emanating from her hands. The colors not only bring her to life but also enhance her ethereal presence. The soft, shimmering gold in her hair is meant to represent her healing power, while the light from the star highlights her divine connection.

Luego, llegó el momento de colorear. Utilicé tonos suaves y dorados para enfatizar su naturaleza delicada, con un enfoque en su cabello y la luz que emana de sus manos. Los colores no solo le dan vida, sino que también realzan su presencia etérea. El suave y brillante dorado en su cabello está destinado a representar su poder curativo, mientras que la luz de la estrella resalta su conexión divina.

Shading followed the coloring, and I paid close attention to where the light would naturally hit her figure, such as the folds of her kimono and the strands of her hair. Adding shadows helps bring depth and dimension, making the character feel more grounded despite her otherworldly nature.

Después del coloreado, añadí sombras, prestando especial atención a donde la luz caería naturalmente sobre su figura, como en los pliegues de su kimono y los mechones de su cabello. Agregar sombras ayuda a darle profundidad y dimensión, haciendo que el personaje se sienta más real, a pesar de su naturaleza sobrenatural.

Next, I applied some gentle glows and highlights to bring out her magical and divine essence. The star she’s holding, as well as her hair and crown, were given a soft glow to signify their importance in her role as a healer. The light radiating from her was carefully placed to add that celestial feel to the illustration.

Luego, apliqué algunos brillos suaves y luces para resaltar su esencia mágica y divina. La estrella que sostiene, así como su cabello y corona, recibieron un suave resplandor para significar su importancia en su rol de sanadora. La luz que emana de ella fue colocada cuidadosamente para darle ese toque celestial a la ilustración.

Finally, I created the background, which consists of a serene night sky with cherry blossoms gently floating in the breeze. The red torii gate in the distance helps to frame the character and further connects her to the traditional Japanese theme I was aiming for. The overall effect is calm, peaceful, and majestic.

Finalmente, creé el fondo, que consiste en un cielo nocturno sereno con flores de cerezo flotando suavemente con la brisa. La puerta torii roja a lo lejos ayuda a enmarcar al personaje y conecta aún más con el tema tradicional japonés que buscaba. El efecto general es tranquilo, pacífico y majestuoso.

This fan art was a truly special experience. I felt deeply connected to the theme, blending divine elements with traditional Japanese aesthetics. The combination of warm lighting, detailed textures, and a soft color palette made this piece one of my favorites to date.

Este fan art fue una experiencia realmente especial. Me sentí profundamente conectada con la temática, combinando elementos divinos con la estética tradicional japonesa. La mezcla de iluminación cálida, texturas detalladas y una paleta de colores suaves hizo que esta obra se convirtiera en una de mis favoritas hasta ahora.
