In this drawing I made this healer in a suspended pose underwater, I wanted her to have an aura of tranquility and emptiness, I wanted these gloves to be the focus of attention with the whale creature of great power in a miniature size.

First I opened Medibang Paint pro, made the sketch somewhat cleanly providing his body with the guide line, circles at joints and general shape, then I cleaned up the sketch a bit and got this shape:

For this drawing I used the oil brush from the beginning, I like the finish of this brush for these semi-realistic drawings.

I drew over this sketch unfolding other layers, cleaning once again the sketch and detailing the body of the character with more features, attributing the accessories and the accompanying character.
Dibujé sobre este boceto desplegando otras capas, limpiando una vez mas el boceto y detallando el cuerpo del personaje con más características, atribuyéndole los accesorios y el personaje acompañante.

I used beich, light brown, purple, pink and blue colors, the first two to paint the skin in light areas and the blue for the hair which I was varying its color tones as I painted, Ocean healer's hair is a much lighter color, but this time I wanted to represent the depth of the sea in her hair so I painted it in a king blue color, as I added layers I painted with oil trying to provide the greatest transition between the skin tones, the goal was to dissolve the lineart.
Usé colores beich, marrón claro, morado, rosa y azul, los primeros dos para pintar la piel en zonas claras y el azul para el cabello el cual fui variando de sus tonos de color conforme pinté, el cabello de Ocean healer es de un color mucho mas claro, pero en esta ocasión quise representar la profundidad del mar en su pelo por lo que lo pinté de un color azul rey, a medida que añadía capas pinté con el óleo tratando de brindar la mayor transición entre los tonos de la piel, el objetivo era disolver el lineart.
I made the swimsuit in light blue tones, white, including the color her skin color, intensifying with purple the darker areas. I painted the gloves in the same color as the swimsuit and made the light waves.
Hice el traje de baño en tonos azules claros, blanco, incluyendo el color su color de piel, intensificando con morado las zonas más oscuras. Pinté los guantes del mismo color que el traje de baño e hice las ondas de luz.
I added effects using layers with the effect and overlay, this step was done with the help of the airbrush that softened the finish of the drawing, I drew details like bubbles and lights.
Añadí efectos usando capas con el efecto y superponer, este paso lo hice ayuda del aerógrafo que suavizo el acabado del dibujo, dibujé detalles como burbujas y luces.
