Process
- In the first step let me explain that how I started making it the first thing required to make this beautiful clay culture is Terracotta clay which is very available in the field near my home so just use them.
- Once you get the clay and make a dough out of it the next step is to knead it with the help of your hands then make a smooth played like structure I use a better life for making it smooth from both sides make a very smooth plate like structure.
- Now it's time to make a sculpture out of this clay at this stage now it's time to mark the overall figure on the plate as it is supposed to be the face of Naara suggest make the overall face with the help of a toothpick stick as you can see in the image above.
- At this stage you can see that after drawing and carving how it is looking it took a lot of effort and delication for calling the figure as the this type of clay is very soft and very fragile so it can be broken at any step so I had to take it with very delegation.
- The first colour which I am going to use in this culture is brown colour for the overall figure of the deer I have make this brown colour by mixing equal amount of yellow blue and red colour.
- After painting it with overall brown colours not stamp to give some other details like the face is supposed to be white and black the eyes the area inside ears.
- At the stage as you can see that I have painted the ears or the area inside the ears but it is looking like it is not painted I have mixed somewhere in brown colour and used it for the area inside ears.
Final look
I took this shot while swinging this sculpture in the air actually I completed my this project after noon and it was a very fantastic day the sky was filled with white clouds that floating everywhere there was very beautiful and it is very rare to see this kind of days in winter.
