This is looking very promising. There are a lot of items and things to consider. With the future of crafting, there are also other paths that players can go to. The game is shaping up to having its own ecosystem, and players are not limited to just fighting. This kind of reminds me of Splinterlands' economy and things to do.
On a different topic, will the creatures have some sort of use limit? Like they grow old and die, or they can only fight 2k battles, etc? Or if there will be rotations of creatures useable, similar to the Modern/Wild in Splinterlands?
They won't have limits nor will they die, but we have some thoughts on tamagotchi'ing things a bit where you have to feed active creatures in your roster or else they go into deep sleep and will need to be "awaken" at a certain cost. Other than that there'll always be an underlying cost to use them properly, ability points run out, their health gets lower which will cost you food and rest or mana to get it back up, etc. Same thing goes for healers and their mana and ability points.
At the same time we don't want to make it too punishing for players who go afk a few days only to come back and have to awaken creatures again so there may be a decent amount of time until they do so and/or you'll be able to use your bot helpers to feed them if they are afk which may cost a little. More on that as we get closer.
That is awesome, thank you for the detailed answer. So there will be a constant stream of things that we need to monitor and replenish. I'm assuming those can be bought with Zing, or any in-game tokens we can earn through playing?
we'll let u know as we get closer to it :D
