Greetings friends! I hope you are very well!
Today I want to show you the adaptation of an idea that I saw several times, is that of those portrait type drawings from very but very close to the face, this allows us to practice and give details that normally we simplify in full body drawings. after thinking and seeing several examples I remembered someone who looks like this when he sleeps.
I said ok I already have the idea and the theme for this drawing, and one of my favorite holozing characters is Famele Forest Healer, which brings me to the second point of my post this character doesn't have a name as such? just “Famele Forest Healer”. if someone knows his name please could you tell me in the comment box it would be very cool to personalize the characters even more.
another detail I want to highlight is the use of a filter included in the Clip studio drawing program, which simulates a vintage photo, the effect looks very nice is as if the sun hit our character in the morning just before waking up.
I thought that being only a face this work would be a little faster but as I explained before, it only allows us to concentrate the details in a special area.

Hoy quiero mostrarles la adaptacion de una idea que vi varias veces, es la de esos dibujos tipo retrato desde muy pero muy cerca del rostro, esto nos permite practicar y dar detalles que normalmente simplificamos en dibujos de cuerpo entero. despues de pensar y ver varios ejemplos recorde a alguien que al dormir se ve asi.
Dije ok ya tengo la idea y la tematica para este dibujo, y uno de mis personajes favoritos de holozing es Famele Forest Healer, lo que me lleva al segundo punto de mi post este personaje ¿no tiene un nombre como tal? solo " Famele Forest Healer". si alguien sabe su nombre porfavor podria decirme en la caja de comentarios seria muy genial personalizar aun mas los personajes.
otro detalle que quiero resaltar es el uso de un filtro incluido en el programa de dibujo Clip studio, que simula una foto vintage, el efecto se ve muy bonito es como si el sol le diera a nuestro personaje por la mañana justo antes de despertar.
pense que al ser solo un rostro este trabajo seria un poco mas rapido pero como explique antes, solo nos permite concentrar los detalles en una zona en especial.

Process/Proceso
The sketch and lineart was something fast, in the base form I made the model at full size and then I adjusted it to the size we see in the picture, I did this for convenience, I felt that I did not look quite right if I did it directly.
For the lineart I used a brush that I am testing, the lines are soft and without so much texture, I think it looks very nice, they are very subtle and it reminds me of the style I used to use before.
el boceto y lineart fue algo rápido, en la foma base hice el modelo a tamaño completo y luego lo ajuste hasta el tamaño que vemos en la foto, esto lo hice por comodidad, sentía que no me quedaba del todo bien si lo hacía directamente.
Para el lineart use un pincel que estoy probando las lineas son suaves y sin tanta textura, creo que se ve muy bonito son muy sutiles y me recuerda al estilo que solia usar antes.
Base color, for this I used low saturated colors slightly adjusted to warm colors, I'm not sure if I'm explaining myself well but you can see in the image that I avoided cold colors.
Color base, para esto use colores poco saturados ligeramente ajustados a colores cálidos, no estoy seguro si me explico bien pero pueden ver en la imagen que evite los colores fríos.
We apply shadows starting from the little part of the bed visible.
Once ready we move on to the skin “my favorite part” I wanted to give it a red touch but without exaggerating, I had to blur many times and then apply new layers until I was satisfied, once ready we apply highlights on part of the face.
Once this part is ready we move on to the lips, for which I used a tone similar to the blush always keeping in mind to maintain the similarity with the image of the reference.
Aplicamos sombras empezamos desde la poca parte de la cama visible.
Una vez listo pasamos a la piel " mi parte favorita" quise darle un toque rojo pero sin exagerar, tuve que difuminar muchas veces y luego aplicar nuevas capas hasta estar conforme, una vez listo aplicamos luces en parte del rostro.
Una vez lista esta parte pasamos a los labios, para lo cual use un tono parecido al del rubor siempre teniendo en cuenta mantener la similitud con la imagen de la referencia.
Here I had a little doubt whether to leave the eyebrows with that brown tone or should I make them more black, I managed to give a mixture of the two tones using the brush that I normally use on my hair.
For the hair I gave a light coat with the airbrush and then we used the brush to reinforce the colors, as a final step we applied highlights on it.
Aqui tuve una pequeña duda si dejaba las cejas con ese tono marrón o debería hacerlas más al color negro, logre darle una mezcla de los dos tonos usando el pincel que normalmente uso en el cabello.
Para el cabello di una ligera capa con el aerógrafo y luego usamos el pincel para reforzar los colores, como paso final aplicamos luces en ella.
As a final step we adjusted the colors, another detail I did was to apply a vintage effect just as an experiment, I liked the result, but I wanted you to see both versions so here they are.
Como paso final ajustamos los colores, otro detalle que hice fue aplicar un efecto vintage solo como experimento, el resultado me gusto, pero queria que vieran las dos versiones por eso aqui estan.
