In New York...
Concrete Jungle where dreams are made of
There's nothin' you can't do..
Hello! Surprise I'm posting another entry today for Zingtober! Our visit to the cemetery will be postponed because we don't want to join the huge crowd tomorrow and on the 1st. So yeah, here I am with my Zingtober and Day 28 Inktober prompt, Jumbo.
For this prompt, my drawing was inspired from King Kong at The Empire State Building. I'm sure you guys know this scene! I was choosing which creature would fit to replace King Kong. I was thinking of Zappity or Wrackdoom. And yes, I chose Zappity.
Zappity at The Empire State Building
A humongous Zappity overlooking the city of New York!
Zappity: "People of New York, come and join the Holozing Community."
Since Zappity is a rabbit or hare, I think this creature is fitting to be as huge as King Kong and pose on top of The Empire State Building. I imagine Zappity hopping its way on top of the building and doing this pose. :)
Here's my drawing process:
[ PROCESS ]
Time: 4 Hours
Program: Clip Studio Paint
Drawing Tool: Wacom Cintiq 16
Brushes used for this drawing are G Pen and Milli Pen. Then I layered a pattern texture on the background.
I had fun drawing Zappity this time. I know I mentioned that Zappity was challenging to draw on my previous entry. Haha. I hope I can participate again tomorrow.
Another thing that I noticed is that the color of my artworks appear more saturated on my second monitor and much less saturated on my tablet screen. The color on my drawing display is kind of on the mid. Maybe I should still follow the colors on the display screen, right?
That's all! Here's the timelapse video of my drawing process in case you're interested to watch. Thank you! :)
