I see, I've once tried the free version but I couldn't do much with it and it was limited to some features

blender is free from the beginning its a open source software its things like addons and assets is what you might need to pay for but there are surely some free addons and assets on the internet though
and blender isn't limiting when its free it just takes more time to create thing when you use the default materials on blender
instead of just adding a building from asset library you bought youll have to create the whole building from scratch

Oh I see.
But the free version has limited "undo/redo" option too aside from limited assets
