I never had a real issue unti lafter I retired and had all kinds of time on my hands and my mind was not as occupied. That is one of the things I am suppsoed to work on is keeping my mind busy, which is why I spend a lot of time reading, blogging watching documentaries and fiddling with things in general. Yeah, I am hoping it will help, the therapist recommended it, so hopefully. Thanks.

I am kind of worried that might happen with me when I retire. It's not that I have any trauma, but my mind has a mind of it's own and I can head down some pretty dark lines of thought sometimes.
Just make sure you don;t internalize it and talk about it with someone if it starts to become overwhelming.
