Okay, I understand that you NEVER have luck! ;) Except for Rising Star that is not really true for me, at least regarding Standard Foil cards I guess my luck is still "above average" in Splinterlands pack openings. ;)
Nevertheless I think costanza once summarized it very good, all that you see are just others' triumphs they are showing off with. You don't know how many k of packs they opened before.
but really, the only sad part about it is that my luck in these packs is just a reflection of real life.

But, one thing about always having bad luck is that (a) you never take good things for granted, (b) you create very reasonable expectations haha and (c) you can always find less glamorous ways of moving forward. I know I said 1 thing and gave 3. That's how lucky YOU are hahaha
But in all seriousness, in the big big big stuff I have been very lucky...big health (I am unlucky in little health), big housing (I am living in my own home, even though the little home stuff is not good...everything breaks all the time lol), big career (don't earn much but have success), and like you say, big family and, in that case, little family too. Everything family for me has been spared from tragedy.
I hope the same is for you my friend!!

I think for me it is somewhat okay-ish, thanks for asking! Although here are one or two more small tragedies regarding family/health, I think it could have been worse for me! ;)
