I have been looking into the farming mechanics of the game of late . Previously I Burnt a heap of CBM just renting out all of them at once, whilst having no time to play due to work. Whilst getting me a good ranking in the resource production event, I lost money over all and realised that was not the best way to do it.
As you pointed out we should make sure we have time to play for the day/s we are renting the building or field out.

I plan to save CBM and upgrade one of the buildings (couldn't decide which one yet), and then try to rent it. I will share my experience and thoughts about it later.
